Sorry for the trouble and persistance, since you are the one trying to link and help with 888support....and i'm thankfull.

But still haven't received any answer..
I even did send more documentation from an old business I have (and had started many many years ago in Sri Lanka). Since I've tryed sending all what i posess or have as my full bankroll... (neteller, skrill , bank balances, screenshoots of transtactions of partypoker, ps.com, ipoker etc to proof i'm online pro and my source of income is mainly poker) , and still wasn't enough for 888....
anyhow....I still can't withdraw anything from 888.

I play a lot of volume at 888, and I tryed to give a chance that 888support speeds up.... But I'm not feeling so confortable to keep playing full volume....If there is no answer for so long.....

I've got there 8k, I've contacted chat support couple times, they say I'll receive an email 24h....It's been over a month-month half....
Almost 2weeks since my post with you.....

As explained to you, and what worries me about this strange proces, is i've been fully verified multiple times. I've started with 2-3k deposit 4-5 years ago, ( which 888 should have record of)
I've grinded around 40-45k winnings ( I can show graph PT4) , and still , they are concerned where did my money/deposit come from....
I just moved up in stakes to NL500....so my deposits went up, 10BI to play NL500, so I deposited 5k. When I go on holidays, I always empty my banks as a prevention and since it's not necesarry to have so much on sites... and i've lived Full tilt experience

what else can I do please?
I want to continue grinding full volume NL500-1k at 888....but would be good to know everything is chill and smooth...

The only money I received was $10! from 50(where are the rest?) I requested on 22/05/24. This transaction still apears as "in process". Two other have been declined, one is awaiting from 10/06/24. I will explain to you, a year ago before I left for South America, I tried to have my 888 account verified, I lived in Luxembourg and I sent my telephone bill, which was never accepted I don't know for what reason because I was able to verify my PokerStars and Netteller account using this same invoice.
I have just returned to Europe but I no longer live in Luxembourg, I returned to France (a place where we cannot access 888 for legal reasons). I have been trying to contact support for 10 days and I have no response and I don't know what to do. Thanks for your assist. I received today 2 mails that I've been waited for 2 months! with updates about my withdrawal requests. They inform me that the money I requested for withdrawal was transferred back to my gaming account and again without any explanation of the reason of declining.
I have received only $10 last 6 month from 550 requested and another 500 I cancelled after a month waiting.
I used Skrill and Mastercard for deposits. I understand that Mastercard can't be used for withdrawals (even it appears between withdrawal options). But what about Skrill? The only idea was that it have been declined because I had change the email. I changed it back and made a new request to Skrill. And they aproved $10 from 50.
Can anyone explane what is going on? Suggest me please what to do. I'll apriciate any help.

Can sites ( in this case 888) , ask you for tax information?

I thought that tax payments, or tax related things are obligation of the player, which doesn't or shouldnt involve the site correct?

I mean, when you play a live tournament/cash game, you pay your Buy-IN or your Cash ....then you pay the rake/fee etc, and that is payed to taxes from wherever the company or tournament is played or based correct?

When you earn money on that live game, is the players "obligation or not", to respond and pay the correspondint taxes.
So Casino/Sites, unless they are required by a law entity, shouldn't or don't have to ask for any information about this type, to pay winnings to players unless there is like a investigation from a country or law enforcement correct???

You were being asked for source of funds and wealth - ie explain where your funds are coming from to be able to funds your gambling which is a new law that has come into force.

Still 888poker email respond is not resolving the issue, they just said i need to sent more documentation.......
