Yep, it may say unavailable but they're there (eg they suddenly appear when you want to deposit)

LOL - I sent them an email regarding my 4th and final request for my hand histories, told them if I didnt receive them by this friday (its already been 2 weeks) I would take it as though they don't save player hand histories (therefore not able to audit themselves or by a 3rd party) ... this was their response LMAO I'm laughing hahahahah:

Whats the story then, is there gunna be a fix for the tables and tourneys freezing all the time and players getting booted out and disconnected from the tourneys, happens nearly every day? If it keeps on happening and no fix is issued then my business is going elsewhere. Pretty BS
