Another 45 days have passed, since I came here with a problem regarding withdrawing money from 888. After 888 forum representative intervened they accepted my documents pretty quickly. That was not enough. They started to ask for my account information to make the transfer. In a matter of weeks I gave the same data multiple times and each time it was the last thing they missed in order to complete a withdrawal.
After some iteration, they sent me a letter that I had given them info to a non-existent account and they could not complete the withdrawal. I checked with my bank, everything was OK. I even deposited this account, 888 accepted the money transferred from a non-existent account. At this point, they stopped replying to my emails. I created another bank account, made a small deposit to the site (888 again accepted a deposit), and tried to make a withdrawal to a new account.
At this point, 888 decided that they needed to block my account to verify my identity (as if we haven't been in direct correspondence for the last 3 months and they haven't approved all the documents they asked now several times). I calmly uploaded all the documents, and explained the situation and their response was a copy-paste of the last email which was something like "Your account is blocked, to verify your account you need to send these documents". That's directly after they received a full set of documents. Not a single tiny comment about what is wrong, just a brick wall to bypass which may take another 3 months.
Currently I have 16k$ on my account and I have a full resolution to get it back. I am begging 888 representatives to intervene once again because it is definitely not a way to treat a client. Thanks a lot for reading this.
