Hello, I'm PanzaESP, cash player at 888 poker.
6 months ago they blocked my account without indicating absolutely any reason. I had to ask, they only asked me for a utility bill, I sent it, it was not enough, a residence certificate, they asked for a passport, I sent it, a bank statement, I sent it, and it was not enough, now they wanted a photo of me holding my ID. identity, I sent it. Finally I receive an email saying that they have made the decision to break our membership, and that I should not open any more accounts because my funds will be confiscated. All this in a 6-month process, with more than $10,000 frozen and extremely long response times, without even explaining any reason. Please clarify the situation and solve it

You need to ask the operations team that question as they made the decision regarding your account of which I am not privy to.

What reason did they give for confiscating the 10k balance? That can't be done on a "business decision" for undisclosed reason, that requires proof (not accusation: proof.) of breaching the terms of service.

Hello 888rep,

1. I got banned in January 2024 because I couldnt finish my verification and unbanned shortly after that (message of unbanning I assume)




2. After I sent new documents. Here is operation team respond (I sent many documents, all of which I had at that time)


3. Next I asked 888rep on 2+2, whats wrong with documents and what should I do


4. I get this repond from operation team. As everyone see it tells nothing



5.Before seeing that email I followed up (actually I sent that one before opening that email from 13)



6. Asking another time after getting ''standart robo email''


7. Nobody responded and asked again here in 2+2 ( I didnt send any email after documents for verification, only messaged here, because it is impossible to talk by emails - they answer slow and not clear)





8. After that I recieved email (welcome to the ban again Again I didn't send anything by email and my messaged everyone can read above



9. Of course I am super tired at this point with all that and wanted to take a break. However I noticed that I am able to cash out my money, before it wasnt available. So hoping for miracle I ordered cash out to skrill which I used for deposit. And attention - skrill is from Thailand! Country which I fail to verificate so many times



10. Not get anything - no money !










It is absolutely possible that I missed something. So many emails, messages and everything is unclear. However this email is special. I spend 1 hour writing it and finding all evidence of 888 scam. Why do I think so:
1) They let me cash out and now all money is gone from my account but it didn't arrive to my skrill also ( I have balance 1$ now in cashier)
2)They ban me and unban and ban again, even last month I did absolutely nothing
3)Some people finish verification with similiar documents I sent already (for confidencial purpose I cant tell name or send documents which they are used)
4)I am not protected by EU, so easy target for this (as some other people who got their money stolen)
5)They didn't provide any clarification why document are not accepted and which ones I should sent. They operated in Thailand for many years before and for sure (if they wanted) could help.
6)I register my account with rental agreement and now after one year I have similar rental agreement for same apartment for 1 more year. Have owner id as well! Which is for sure not gonna be accepted right?


What I am gonna do?
Plan is simple is to go public - all forums (happy to be part of the community - gipsyteam, 2+2, upswing, runitonce; twitter, youtube)
Send email again to UK gambling comission with more details and asking for more money now, because I spend a lof of energy on this!
For sure will find people in exact same posion as me and if 1 person is abloslutely nothing than 10 persons is have little bit of power.

So 888rep? Please admit you steal money loud and clear. That would be better for me as well! I am not gonna pursue it if you tell truth. Just consider it as a bad investment

The support opened the issue 240325-000800 but they don't seem to be willing to resolve the issue. It appears to me that they don't understand that there is a huge problem if players are only informed by popups and push notifications. Anyways the stopped answering on 26.03.2024.

The whole international pool is getting e-mails. On 15.05.2023 they suddenly stopped to send e-mails to germans. Half a year ago they asked us for a permission to send promotional e-mails. But they still don't send them to germans even if they agreed. Since it is a general problem, 888rep, could you please escalate the issue to the management?
