Hey 888Rep,

clicked again as usual accidentally the 24 hours panic button at party poker on Sunday. Still no access to my 888 account. Software Team still hasnt resolved the problem that u cant login automatically at 888 after the 24 hours period is over. Would appreciate if u can, once again please, forward this with urgency to the right department. Hope ill get soon again access and that the bugs gets resolved. You can tell the software team too, that i couldnt finish again my session and that i get kicked out from the software randomly. Last time i did click the button it took 45 mins to get kicked and this time after 2 1/2 hours.

I remember M33 and Sraea, it is clear and obvious that these accounts are suspicious.
I definitely remember M33's timings, basically he used max default timebank before every single preflop raise or fold decisions, but every single time decided right before the extra timebank was about to activated. I remember because one time we played 3-handed vs. a recreational and he was annoyed too that the game is very slow. Tell me someone never has a clear preflop fold situation lol.

thx bought party caption which should prevent me from clicking it @ party. 888 panic button is hidden under HM3 HUD.

Mr. Rep,

It is nice that finally there is a clock which measures the timebank, but it covers the cards, at least in omaha I cant see clearly the 2 middle cards, lol. It caused couple of weird situations to me. So some graphical development would be appreciated, thank you.

I dont play on 888 but watched a stream and had the same opinion about the timebank.

You need to do this in the poker client by clicking on withdraw then wait until it's processed.

Since the latest software change in SNAP games it often happens that I cannot see the cards that are dealt nor any buttons to click, and that table stays frozen that way until I close it. But before I close the table if I go to replayer I can see that I was indeed dealt a hand that I cold not play. Does that happen to anyone else, is it a known bug, and if so is there a solution?

How long do cashouts take? I recall back then when you make a withdraw request, it would take 3 business days at least. Is that still the same?

Hi everyone!

I'm having an issue with approving a withdrawal method. I have to use bank transfer as a method due to skrill issues, so I have created a Vietnamese bank account (the country I currently reside). I have already verified my docs and address. The operations team then asked me to provide docs verifying my account ownership and showing where to actually send the money. I have provided all of that plus the account statement to once again verify my address.

I've been running in circles for the whole week totally annoying bank stuff to get the docs needed and now the operations team tells me that the last doc is not visible or required info is not included. I was shocked when I got the email because all the info was in the document and was as readable as a document can be. So I underlined the important stuff and sent the document back trying to get some resolution, because at this point it looks like the operations team just wants to stall the process of paying me. After that, they did not respond to my letter for 8 days and counting.

Please help, I am clueless what to do and who to contact.

By the way it is really annoying that I do get no more promotion e-mails since 15.05.2023 despite of the fact that I allowed e-mail communication in my personal settings. 1 month ago I received a popup asking for confirmation of getting "offers and personalized marketing information" (see below). I accepted it, but by now haven't received any single e-mail. I whould definetely get several e-mails if the process worked. Are your colleagues aware that german players still not receive any promotion e-mails?

Thanks for your help, but the only response I've got is the letter that I have to upload the documents. No comments, no communication with me at all, just a pure copy-paste of the info they demand. I am losing my mind, what do I have to do to make them at least look at my documents instead of auto-rejecting it?
