My account have been temporarily disabled and I have emailed the Operations Department a week ago to clarify things . I received and automatic reply and after that nothing . How long does it take until I get an answer or an update on the situation ?

They should be freezing tournaments with such a wide sweeping issue as is the policy on other sites
