Why u guys bitch and moan about support and waitlist bugs etc, the one thing that 888 does best, (and its the most important thing) is bring in a bucket load of fish, i don't know how they do it, but they do it. So quit moaning about cashouts etc and spend more time taking the money from these whales! end of story.

It's not the guy's fault who write on this forum as support, he probably not required to do any better by 888. It's the 888 management's fault, they should hire somebody who knows everything, can solve issues and other stuff. And actually works at the 888 HQ in Gibraltar or wherever. As far as I know the support here is Canadian, so I'm not surprised nothing can be done by him.

wut? im not happy with any of their support...

all im sayin.. is theres a few of us here.. who are simply asking for hand histories... the fact that many people are not sent them, and are not really given an explanation, should raise a few eyebrows. my eyebrow is definitely raised. even if the explanation is innocent and basic, the fact as to why it's even an issue should be inquired upon..

I'm from germany. So sorry for my bad englisch.

I have a Account by Neteller in US$.

I make today my first deposit on 888 Poker. I deposit 400 US$. But my Neteller Account was credited with -425US$.

The Support from 888 says, that my Accountcurrency is set in EURO. But I never have set the Accountcurrency and I never see Euro currency on 888. My Accountbalance was in US$. I had no chance to see that.

It given minimum a other Player from germany with the some Problem.

Hi iv noticed a player that plays small stakes 10 ring games on 888
The player always joins short stacked.
But the player plays 23 to 24 hours a day and several days in a row.
Is this a poker bot ?

Excellent question. Perhaps the rep can explain why some people receive the email and some don't. I receive many, many promo emails from 888 on a regular basis, but never receive these deposit bonus ones. WHY???

What i mean is he plays 9 ring small cash games, 6 tables
So the other night i left 888 poker lobby on and checked throughout the night
This guy seriously does not sleep
Or it is a bot of course.

+1, payout structure is so top heavy, makes it puke when a fish sucks out and there's $200 for 3rd and $700 for first in a $20 mtt par example
