Please investigate using of seating script from player Pushme22. You can see on video his script in action, immediate reserving and then if it is not recreational player waiting around 30 sec to cancel it. And repeat repeat repeat. His previous account was Ebasherdog. I think he was banned in June this year, because after Ebasherdog was gone, Pushme22 next day appeared and did same thing as in video. Also both nicknames from Ukraine although even without it its obvious for every regular player at cash games Nl200-Nl1000.

Hello, I am not in the situation of the guys who got their accounts banned and have never been, but I think as an honest customer I also need an explanation of why so many people got their account banned with funds seized. If they are cheaters I appreciate the decision and thank you for making the game more fair.
But why can't you give them a reason ? In 2-3 weeks conversation with these guys your support did not say why they got banned. I play poker for more than 10 years, I have never heard a site banning players without an explanation to the player , that's just bizzare .


I don't know these players and I don't know if they cheated or something else but from the outside the ban looks completely random.
Honestly as a customer playing fair I don't know if my money is safe on 888.

This is the third time I have received the same message and they still haven't given me any explanation. I have never seen someone's account blocked without giving any explanation and without doing anything about it. I just want to fix this and get my account and money back.

I guess the question of Dexter wasn't aimed to get an answer from you in this topic. It whould in fact be illegal. I believe that it was more about your colleagues privately e-mail the players the reasons they had been banned. It's up to your colleagues not to reveal the exact way an illegal conduct had been detected. But it appears in this thread like the players haven't even beed told a reason, for instance playing in collision or using a bot or whatsoever.

I had a suspicion that the blocks might have something to do with third party software used by them, but it doesn't seem to have any patterns.

Anyways it looks like the support isn't able to solve the players' common issue and it might be a good idea to escalate it because of the public impact that might arise otherwise.

It has been escalated for every player that has posted their issues in this thread and I have also sent over their new thread but that is all I can do so all I can advise them to do
is reply to the mails from the operations department because they are the ones who have the power to review the issues.

I use the "GTO V.2" layout and like it even more than this PEKAR STAS one. Paid $20 for it and it is definetely worth the money.

Want to thank you 888Rep for good job of informing secutiy team from this thread. From my first report about regulars who were camping in sitout three days ago almost everyone stopped doing it, although one or two still continue. That confirms that chain player-room represantative-security team can be quite productive. But situation at midstakes cash tables still very bad in this regard, just take a look at all these screenshots that I made from 27th to 29th of September with another regulars doing same thing. Let's security team investigate this behaviour from these players: bIackIotus, FinklEinhorn, Make2up1, KingMeruem, MonMaker, Kenshinn
