I thought it was a decent enough site, def weaker players at micros than other sites, but 10bb/100 rake plus next to nothing back....

I've left after only 3 weeks there

So I requested the support 3 times now for the game history and every time I got an email in which they say the report it's attached to it but never is . It's like they don't want to send it . I also requested the logins ip address and they have disabled my account .

For about a week now I've been requesting my full hand histories including tournament hand histories from your customer support. They've been telling me it will take a few days to do this, but has been a bit more than that, and all that they've given me so far was my tournament results which I can obviously easily find on sharkscope. This is the closest thing that I've gotten so far:

please understand that certain requests have to be dealt by other departments and not the Support Department, that is why it can take up to 5 business days.

Attached is the game history that we can provide you. Unfortunately, tournament hands cannot be provided. If you wish to view tournament hands history, I am afraid you will need to access the 888poker software (download version) from a Windows Operating System.

Note that the file is compressed into a ZIP archive.

I obviously didn't need my tournament results. Why does this seem to be such a big issue? Can all of this just be done in 5 minutes from the click of a button?

edit: just saw that other players are having the same issue. Can we please have a direct response asap?

Yeah 888 support, you pick the only easy question to answer, put a link and leave.

It's time to talk about real issues isn't it? Even if you can't solve all the problems please give constructive feedbacks on how things are going. It would be great to tell when the issue with someone is resolved because from what we can see something like 5% of the questions/problems are correctly treated. I know you are forwarding issues etc but be a bit more communicative than that, you are a "rep", not a bot posting links once in awhile.

As Mick has already said that I am the messanger and send on your problems so that they can be sent to the correct departments and hopefully sorted out. Quite a few are indeed sorted out via PM and maybe you haven't noticed feedback thank you posts here in this thread.
When I get a reply from them about any paticular issue then I either post it here or PM the person.

I know that your role is to forward issues and I'm sure that you are doing it really well but the thing is that you only answer to easy questions it the thread and just in most case don't say a word about big issues.

I'm not very good with english but I'll try to take an example to explain my thoughts;

There is something like three or four complains about the fact that 888 support is unable to send hand histories to players. Why don't you make a statement here explaining why this problem seems to be recurrent. I don't need my hand history personally but the fact that there is so many complains and no clear public explanation make it look like 888 doesn't understand what is happening or isn't doing anything to improve their services. Even if the issue had been solved by PM, every reader of this thread thinks that 888 isn't doing anything for their customers.

Further to this question, is there any way to keep track of how close you are to the requirements? I know with pending bonuses it is obviously tracked in your bonus account but what about these? Do you have to manually check how much you are raking etc. and if I try and make a withdrawal and I haven't fully cleared the full bonus points needed will it tell me on the withdrawal screen as a warning or will it just allow me to withdraw thus voiding any winnings I had accumulated? Thanks in advance

As I have already said I am only the messanger and as he or anyone else is already dealing with support over any issue then theres no sense me forwarding it on as they are already aware of it.
I just monitor the forum and pass on issues. I have no access to players accounts or anything like that and when or if they reply to me then I will let the person know.

As far as I know a messanger can both way and 888 should be aware of that. I thought you were representing 888 poker and not only an alternative for e-mailing the support staff. I was mistaken.

It has been discussed before, 888 support is far from any other room's support on this forum. Those other supports always know what's going on, can solve issues, take part of the company's decisions, listen to players opinions, probably working in the company's office, etc.
Just look at how often they update the client, twice in a year? They must be working really hard to improve it... While PS updating like twice a month.

You shouldn't need to have access to someones account to know this answer. Many people are complaining about not receiving their hand histories when everyone feels that it should be done easily with the click of a button. FIGURE OUT WHY THAT IS NOT THE CASE - THATS YOUR JOB - STOP MAKING EXCUSES - DO IT BEFORE WE LYNCH YOU (e-lynch you more like). PERIOD. END OF DISCUSSION.

Woohoo, rant @888rep time! Yep, this thread is a major fail. Issues get passed along and there's never any substantial information returned. No doubt there is an '888 policy' about making public statements. Since it is corporate policy to never provide statements about its decisions, what is your role?

Here, I'll pick one from dozens of issues: the waitlist bug. It's been around for years and you've now made the proper people aware of this concern. Don't they have anything to say about it? Is someone actually monitoring the waitlists to see how often this problem arises. Is there software monitoring in place to track down the problem? Is there a scheduled release date for a fix?

OK, I can't resist. Here's another: The ad hoc bonuses that are offered, like the Hoodie offer. The Terms and Conditions are never clear; the My Accounts page lacks the details you need to know. You answered the player in the thread privately. It would be so easy to add the missing details to the My Accounts webpage.

Just tell us when the changes will be done.

Seriously though. There is literally no point in 888rep even being on here or an official thread. Any problems I have ever had have been solved by other players not a member of 888 staff.

Perhaps the Stars reps on here have set the bar too high and we expect too much from other reps. I mean even Shane in the Lock sponsored thread gets involved and tries his best to explain company policies etc when it would be a helluva lot easier for him just to sit in silence especially considering the anger directed his way on a daily basis RE: cashout times.

How about 888 send somebody that can make decisions and has some sort of influence in their poker room to answer questions once or twice a month.

How about some frequent software updates to fix the abomination of an attempt at poker softare.

I requested HH from 888 once and they sent me them in some really weird format which HEM couldn't recognise fwiw so I don't even know if that will help whoever is looking for them.

Hi 888Rep,

I am a high volume player on LuckyAce. I recently withdrew $4500 from the site via wire transfer. When the wire hit my bank account, it was split into two pieces, one for $3600 and another for $900. A $60 charge was assessed by LuckyAce to each of these pieces. I have a few questions:

1. Why did they split the wire into two pieces?
2. Where on the LuckyAce site does it say anything about a $60 charge for a wire transfer?
3. Even if it is stated that there is a $60 charge for a wire, why would I have to pay fees twice, when I only requested one wire?
4. Is it possible to be reimbursed for these fees? I don't feel much like paying on a site with paltry rakeback when I'm going to get dinged on withdrawals, too.
