They did something similar with me. My situation started like 1 year ago when they froze my account. Since that, I was asked to send several documents and they kept asking for more after they receive what they asked for. Finally they decided to close my account and keep my money with no explanation. This site is stealing money from the users and no one can do anything. This is an advise for everyone: stop playing there and try to cashout your money asap or you will end without it, sooner or later.

Hi all. The story of how 888poker holds $13,800. I have been playing MTT online for a long time. Specifically, on 888 for about 9 years on one account sNap36484. When registering, I immediately went through identity verification. At the beginning of this year, they asked me to go through it again, which I successfully did. But at the end of March they asked about it again and restricted the account (an important point - I have not sent money to anyone by internal transfer for a couple of years). At that moment I was in the USA and only at the beginning of May I was able to send them documents (when I returned to Belarus). They accepted the passport, but they refused everything else, because the documents were not in English (later I found out in support that recently they have not had support in Russian). I ordered a bank statement in English and sent them (as a result I made these statements from two banks) to which I received some strange responses to the mail that the bot generates for them, apparently, because it was not clear whether they suited them or not . And every time in these replies there was a demand to send them a bill for a communal apartment. In English, I do not have the opportunity to do this, so I sent them these checks in Russian more than once. Of course they didn't fit. I am ready to pass any checks - video calls with representatives of the room, recording the game session, etc. Unfortunately, their support is as incompetent as possible. For example: in one of the letters demanding any of the documents, my nickname was indicated in one sentence, but in the next they mentioned another nickname (screen under the spoiler). In another situation, after I sent a bank statement (in English) and it was not accepted, I wrote to the support with a request to clarify what they did not like. From a funny point: I was a "VIP" client of their room for a long time, because I won satellites to the offline series a couple of times and plus I started expensive everday MTTs, which, according to them, supported their room. This is confirmed by the letters that they sent me with VIP notes and exclusive rakeback offers. They randomly blocked my account after playing for about 1 month to send the documents. They restrict my account because on 6 documents i sent: selfie with ID, image with the card deposited, utility bill, lease agreement, even a hospotal bill, utility bill on my mothers name since i live with my parents and a lot of the bill are on their names- the postal code does not appear. Thats not my problem that nowadays most of the bills are online and no more postal codes are used here. but since the adress appears the postal code is evident. So they restrict me for this banal thing.
Really poor sistem. For example they could send via post a verification code.

I am blocked for this no reason for more than 8 days, i have 800USD on the site and I am worried.

Hope to find solutions to at least send me back my money.

I was mass grinding NL20-NL30 16 hours a day using only Poker Tracker4. My funds will be confiscated. Played 50k hands deposited 600 USD withdrawn 180 USD, won 100 USD overall and cleared 200USD fom the first deposit bonus and some aditional rakeback from promos and VIP club(Gold points converted in cash) to have the final bankroll of 800 USD confiscated.
I dont even know what is artificial intelligence.... Actually i have made an account at the poker training site upswingpoker.com waching videos where coaches use programs(Poker PIO) off session to analyze situations wich i imagine that using in game is prohibited. I have no idea what are poker bots and how they function. and i can imagine prohibited artificial intelligence programs wich recommend decisions in game wich i did not use.
I ensure everybody here that i have not used such programs in my game.

I have never had any problems playing on pokerstars all my life since 2008 ,had a break of a couple years and now i decided to find softer fields and first deposit bonus offer on 888 and would never imagine to get in such a situation.
Proofs tghey can not have that i have used such things because i did not so from the abnormal tendency of my playing non stop sleeping 4-5 times 1/2h-2h then playing again i have got banned.

888.de really needs a rework about some stuff:

On thursday I made a deposit via Paypal. It turned out that Paypal-Deposits can only be used for Sportsbetting (which I wasn't aware of, nor was there any warning) on 888.de. Not only that, also the funds I still had on my account before depositing are not useable anymore since. My Poker balance shows 0.00€ since I made that Paypal deposit.

After realizing that I requested a withdrawal of the amount of my Paypal deposit and sent an email to support explaining it was not my intention to deposit for 888Sports and to please process my withdrawal without wagering (at that time I didn't know that funding back deposits without wager is part of German regulatory rules anyways).

On friday they replied the withdrawal will be paid "during the day".
Now I am still waiting for anything to move forward.

The issue isn't the money I deposited, no rush about that, but why can I not even use the funds I had prior to the deposit? And I can only hope that once the withdrawal is paid back that this issue is resolved and I can then just deposit via Skrill? Today will be the 5th day of grind I will be missing for an unnecessary issue.

I have been playing mtt on 888 for many years. Last year I moved to Mexico, where on the recommendation of 888 I created a new account and successfully verified it, attaching the necessary documents (passport, rental agreement, utility bill). My account is Bromista.

After a month I was blocked my account for the first time and asked to send documents. After I did it, the account was unlocked. The same situation was repeated in January/February 2023. Eventually verified again. At the same time was never given the reason for the blocking. On 20.03.23 I played the last tournament on 888 (the same day I successfully received rakeback). At that moment I had a little more than 3k$ on my account.

A couple of days later I flew to another country for more than 2 months (during this time I got a new passport to replace the previous one, which had expired). After returning to Mexico I put some money on withdrawal and got another blocking, the withdrawal was canceled, the money was returned to the account. Again the documents were requested, including the data of the card, from which I make deposits (at the same time they asked to send also CVC code from the card, which seems strange). Since I made all my deposits with Skrill, I did not send this information, which I reported in the reply letter.

A few days later I received a similar email asking me to send the documents again. After that I wrote a letter to the support where I once again informed that I do not make deposits from the card and clarified what information they need from Skrill. On 05.07.23, a week later, I received the following letter:


After that I sent a letter back twice asking for a reason as I did not violate anything. In response I get the same template responses, which is a copy of the response I have attached a screenshot of above. In live chat employees can not help, they write that this is the decision of another department and ask to contact by mail

As a result, without explaining the reasons they block my account and try to take my money (3k$).

I ask for help from the community, as well as from the representative of 888. I want to get access to my money again, which I honestly earned

After Bromista's post i still hope that is something to do with my case too. Analyzing my hands: i was tilting a lot which a robot wouldn't do. I can prove if somebody could review hands with me that the play on that 50k hand is 100% human.
I would also collaborate more with the documents i see that the support did not like that i am angry and don't like to take the time for the documents. I would write to my bank to send me via post a statement where the post adress is seen.
I can not accept that i can lose the money i deposited and played for for such reason that i did not do.
