Most of the players online at that time lost money (probably lots of money) other than some lucky few that weren't affected and were able to steal blinds every hand from sitting out players. Even though the problems were signaled right away, players were crying left and right about it, 888 did absolutely nothing for hours. Games weren't paused, players were still allowed to register to games and have a wonderful time.

An apology from rep is all we get and live moves on lol. Compensation is not a word in 888's vocabulary.

Is there a reason I have the 32 bit client of 888? I recall I downloaded an update and I believe it had to been the 64 bit client because the next time I opened 888caption, it had a message it wasn't compatible because the client was 64 bit. I then downloaded the 888caption update I believe but pretty sure it was the 32 bit one. Then I still got that error message.



Then a while later, open 888 client and then 888caption and it no longer show that error message anymore. I then checked on task manager and I have the 32 bit 888 client. Is there a reason some people could download the 64 bit client but others can't? You mention it is now 64 bit. I had uninstalled 888. Then I went and downloaded 888 from the site and it is still 32 bit. Someone else mentioned they also can't download 64 bit.



I haven't played on 888 in a while.

Thank you for your apology 888rep but I was expecting more because this saturday I was registered to only one tournament , I could not play a single hand due to the multiple disconnections and just blinded out, other players suffered the same problems coming from 888poker . I have contacted the support to request a refund , I have never received a refund or an answer 72 hours after the incident. In your discord I asked politely what was going on and instantly got banned for asking . Honestly it is shocking , when it happens on other sites they instantly reach out to me to refund me in maximum 48 hours. But 888poker aka "EGR Poker Operator of the Year award" tries to hide it under the rug by silencing customers. Very disturbing attitude for a poker operator.

What is going on here? Aren't you going to refund me?

Basically, due to the limit of 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems, you can't run software, applications, and programs on Windows 10/8/7, even Vista, XP that doesn't match its version. In a word, you can't install and run 64-bit software on a 32-bit computer, or vice versa.

You would need to upgrade your computer to a 64 bit to get 64 bit software is what this means so the issue is with your personal device and has nothing to do with 888.

If you feel you deserve a refund, you should contact support with details on the tournaments you were monetarily impacted in by the disconnections.

I am using windows 11 pro and it is 64 bit. Is there a reason why I can't download the 64 bit version then and it is 32 bit?

FYI
Players will receive the 64 bit gradually if there computer is already a 64 bit.
So if players are asking for the 64 bit, let them know they should be patient and they will eventually receive it.
Regarding players who are complaining that 64 bit is not working for them, you should recommend they upgrade their OS, as most products support 64 bit today.

I am confused with your post. If you have windows and it is 64 bit, why is the software update or if you uninstall and reinstall 888 client, then it is 32 bit only? So some players get 32 bit but other players get 64 bit?

Yes if you have a 64 bit computer you will eventually be able to get the 64 bit software if you haven't got it already.

So eventually you will get a message when you open the 888 client and it will do an update and then it would be 64 bit? Last time there was an 888 update of the client and after it, 888caption showed an error and said reason was because the 888client was 64 bit. So I figure the 888 client was now 64 bit but 888caption wasn't. I didn't look at what it showed on the task manager though when I opened 888 last time after the client updated. So I have no idea if the 888 client was ever 64 bit.



I then downloaded 888caption update a bit after that because people mentioned hot it had issues with 888. I think it still showed that error message still of not compatible. I then didn't open 888 client for a while and when I did, 888caption showed no error anymore which I don't get why. Then when I check task manager to find out if my 888 client was 32 bit or 64 bit, it is 32 bit. I know the 888caption is 32 bit though.

I just think the person in your discord could handle things in a better way, an explanation could have help instead of instantly banning me for no reasons . I am still banned to this day but whatever.

so recently the rakeback system was slightly changed, removing the 'x days required' to complete a level and earn a bonus. Good news, more rakeback right? Well it should mean that, but nope, because in removing those days, now after I finished the points needed for the challange, there is no way for me to make more points and raise the level( not by playing poker, now the only way to move up a level is to play casino/slots/sportsbets ).

So in short what that means is that until this bug/issue is fixed by 888, which from experience might be a while, all poker players will play with 0 (literally ZERO) rakeback. What a time to be alive

Is your team is aware of this MAJOR issue that is costing players a ton of money?
