You're a bit late to the party. That bug has been reported first a few years ago. They're still working on a fix

You are in the wrong sir. 888 has plenty of top tier devs, they're just super busy with other major projects. Last time i checked, they were working super hard migrating 888's platform from floppy disks to state of the art cd-roms. I'm sure you haven't heard about CD-ROM but trust me, it's the next big thing! That's why they're unable to fix years old bugs that absolutely drove players mad.

Hello 888. HEre's a new one. Mid session 888's lobby crashed. Can't register to any new tables, can't unregister from the ones i was registered in. Tables that were running are running fine. All lobbies look like this. How can i unregister from those sngs and get my money back? I can't stay up all night until you fix this just to unregister.

for me it crashes 90% of the time I try to use the hand replayer....anyone else?

It crashes in the replayer, it crashes when trying to take a note, it crashes when a popup appears. It's like it was designed like that on purpose. I will never be able to understand how this platform got the green light to be released to the public, and also I have no clue how they get licensed in every country.

AFAIK it can crash then it shows replayer in popup if you hover a mouse on a replayer button.
If you use 888Caption, then try to hide this button by HUD and configure OnClick / Replayer to this button (or use Replayer hotkey)

Hey rep. Thanks for the reply. Here's the thing... Each and every one of the gazillion players that complained about your software crashing over and over again, wrote to 888support at some point. Me personally, I have no clue why 888 pays those guys and calls them "support team" as they are useless at best. Let me elaborate. One time, in response to crashes, i got a reply with instructions on how to uninstall 888. The end. Nothing more. That was their solution... just uninstall and go on with your life. After writing again about other crashes, i have spent over 30 emails back and forth with "support team" and none of their solutions worked (from reinstalling to creating custom registry keys). Over 10 days ago, when I wrote to support about that opengl error that precedes a crash, i got the reply that the technical team is investigating it and they'll come back with an answer. 10 days have passed and I got nothing back from them. Trust me when i'm telling you, I could go all day about 888 support and how much they "helped" me. Their last solution to my problems was for me to keep playing just one table.

It's fascinating that over the years tons of players keep complaining about the same things over and over again so it's clearly a problem with your platform, yet you're doing absolutely nothing to fix the issues. Yet, you charge the biggest rake, offer close to 0% rakeback, you trick your players to deposit for bonuses that cannot be unlocked, you have 2-4 days withdrawal period while every other site processes it almost instantly. I bet flooding players with those 10cent tickets makes up for everything.

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I found a workaround for the software crashing. I withdrew all my funds and uninstalled 888. Everything is fine now.

I've had 888 for 10 years and can't remember a crash. Slow at times but no crash.

Maybe time to check your hardware.

1.Use revo uninstaller and wipe everything 888 related and do a fresh install. // Using any program for years will cause problems eventually , because of the constant updates - so wipe it from directories and registry //
2. Look out for 3rd party software running at the same time . // I have had problems with display overlays like msi or nvidia before - so either don't run them or whitelist the poker software that's crashing.//
3. I play on 888 a lot and never had serious issues . I have commented before on crash or lag of software , but it seems like people having problems with it are absolutely computer illiterate . Do the first to points i wrote or keep complaining that it is a software problem , when in reality vast majority of players have no issues at all. Try installing it on a new computer and see if it crashes - odds are it will run just fine and it is your current system conflicting with software.

I'm using PCs since pre windows 3.1. I'm pretty good at them. I'm always using Revo when uninstalling something. Please understand that these crashes are affecting SNG/MTT players that are playing over 7-8 tables at a time, not cash game players.

Just imagine all dumb people in this thread that are complaining about the same issues over and over again... when all they had to do to make it work was use Revo and disabling msi and nvidia overlay.

It seems to me you don't see the difference between the Sites.
I personally can Not Play more than 4 tables on these sites due to regulatory-reasons (Screenname BeMyATMplz If u wanna confirm)
The biggest failure it seems are the software issues (which Just partly impact me with 4 tables max, compated to Others) but what seriously pisses me off the Most is the Rep (who I feel is the closest to take our complaints/ideas seriously, I However feel my thoughts are Just laughed-off, and that's certainly Not a language barrier, so yes this is a BIG issue here)
While 888 itself missed to show improvement over the years

FWiW what comes accross - Site is always right, Not the customer, is what the Rep gives as vibes/Messages
A good business goes as "WE do what the customer needs"
Guess these 2 sentences Show what is going on here

I don't know If the 888rep Just doesn't care at all as he shows or If he doesn't have the power to act accordingly? Dodging all negative Messages saying contact Support... Whenever there is an issue it's First Player fault... Why do we even have this Thread? No offence...
We are the customers, WE Play Here every day, and we don't want to get stomped what the site may think is right and will Not Change it


I talked about proper SNG filters several times Here and it is Just laughes Off and Just seems ridiculous acting by the 888rep (I won't even say "no offence" which I always so usually, YOU are just ridiculous, I am the customer, of course you have no Problem If you don't Play yourself), the filters in the SNG Lobby are terribly terrible and that's a fact - how do you get paid for what you do?

To those of you who never had any issues with the software on 888, how many tables are you playing? If you only playing a few tables, I don't think you should have any issues at all. I am talking about if you have at least 8+ tables whether its sng or mtt or mix. The moment you opened a 9th table or so, this happens literally everytime. Software freezes and you have to force close the software and open it again and relogin each time. Then it takes a while for all your tables to load. But if you try to add anymore tables, the same thing will happen again. I use HEM3 and 888caption but I believe even when I tried PT, this was the same issue. I am not sure if not using 888caption could fix this issue but using that is a must when playing.



Now is there any player who plays on 888 whether its sng or mtt... that could 10+ table without any client issues at all? I have yet to hear one person mention this but the other person said they cannot do it on sngs... but I figure maybe some mtt players could play that many tables? Again I am not talking about mixing 888 and another site. I got to assume there are players on 888 that back then could 12+ table only on 888 with HEM3 and caption. But I assume now its impossible due to the software?



I had also played the sngs there few times and the filters there are horrible. Also how come you can't view any current playing sngs?

I was watching "Who wants to be a millionaire" repeats on GreatTv and a contestant when asked what he wanted to do if he won big said he would go to Vegas and play Golf but the catch was that in order for someone to be allowed play on the particular course they had to gamble $500,000 first.

Is this where 888 got their silly idea where in order to unlock a bonus one has to lose all their bankroll first? It's comical how anyone at 888 could think this was a good business decision. Last time I logged in, I now see the DON games are gone above $1, the push/fold tables are reduced in number and alot of the freerolls I used to play are for tickets only. Seriously 888 come up for air for **** sake.

I really don't think that you fully understand the S&G filters.
As I have said to you several times the
NAME GAME LIMIT PLAYERS BUY-IN STATUS TYPE
are all filters and if you click on them you will see. If you click on BUY-IN for instance it will list all from the low to high buy=in or high to low depending what you need.
If you click on TYPE it will group them all together into turbo, super turbo etc depending what you need. Are you aware of this feature?
I really don't fully understand what other filters you would need as you also have other filters above these.
Can you please explain what else you are needing in this regard?
