It doesn't matter how much the tickets are worth because the previous games a lot of people cash even if the amount was small and now you have gone and made the cashing exclusive to the few.

You have a long way to go now to become even a good poker site, here a few things you need to do below.

1. Changing back to software of 4 years ago.
2. Getting rid of the crap bonus structure in favour of a player friendly one.
3. Re-instating double up games in normal blinds across all levels. Currently double ups are only available at $1 which is a disgrace.
4. Improving stability of software.
5. Mechanism for compensating players who were cheated.
6. Improve support response and effectiveness at resolving a problem.
7. Improve your loyalty and rewards systems.
8. Implement a system where one can play in US$, UK£ or EUR like other sites.

I could keep going but I will ask other players to post now what they think needs urgent attention on 888 if it is to get back to being a top site. I am out of 888 and have just deleted the software but I will keep an eye on this thread but will only bother with 888 if the top 4 on the list are addressed.

9. TO NOT suspend accounts randomly or retain funds without explanations. Providing the players SOLID evidence of accusations made regarding account blocks and have FAST response times for cases already opened. Support players as they need and not lead them to look for help in other places outside the gaming site (ridiculous)

With reference to my case, 888 returned my money. However, I want to know the reason why they closed my account without any evidence in this regard. I would appreciate an answer from you, @888Rep.

The tickets are impossible to win. 888 was outstanding to other sites when it came to freerolls but now there is not really a reason anymore to play there. Rake is just as high as other sites, bad software, bad customer support, bad vip-system.

I love it how everytime my internet disconnects for 20 seconds, the whole software totally crash and half the time I lose all my notes. Really cool

I remember in the 1990s back when I was playing starcraft broodwar. When you were disconnecting 20 seconds, you got right back into the game no crash, no glitch. Im sure you guys will figure it out one day :-)

Maybe you have too many apps open at the same time overloading your computer as that seems a good reason for your issue. Try having less apps open at the same time and it should improve.

well its official I have scaled my case to Malta Gaming Authority and to eCogra too. Maybe I will need to get in touch with my country gambling comission if needed. Another week with no clear explanations provided and my account still banned.

I am recommending every poker player that I see to NOT set a step into 888 and I will go out of my way to encourage this to poker groups also.
