I got the exactly same mail from the german support and I laughed so hard when I read "Winner Spinner Promotion". What was there to fix?But you guys didn't take away my 100% chance of winning those nice freeroll tickets right? I can't wait to get them every single fkn day.

New promo is out for a week now. People can't participate and are mad. Myself included. And don't tell me I should write support. They are awful. The last time I wrote them about not getting a freebet as part of a promotion they excluded me from sports betting.

I have 48GB RAM and strong 16 core CPU on my desktop PC. Playing up to 14 tables isn't a problem for other sites
Have you ever seen how MTT regulars play their sessions? MTT sessions on sunday playing on 4-5 sites with 12-14 tables last like 8 hours is completely standard (which I've been doing for 12 years now successfully).

So you think I should reduce my play on 888 and play more on other sites because 888 software/server can't handle it?

I received this answer from an official representative on a forum similar to this one, only in Russian:

The mechanics of the Ace the Slopes promotion is such that in order to receive compensation, the user needs to personally contact the support.

Support continues to lie that everything is fine with the offer. That the tickets should not be credited automatically (although some players on the forum report that they are credited automatically). Support continue to lie that the action was conceived that way, that thousands and thousands of players must write to support every day about crediting tickets. And support, in theory, should check whether the player really completed the tasks. It looks especially funny on the task of winning 100 hands postflop for Black Run Freeroll. And this is in the 21st century.
Why are you lying? Do you think your customers are idiots?

liars, the promotion of the tracks fails from day one. We have been 1 week and there are still many players who do not receive the tickets automatically.

Do we have to go to support every day to lose 1 hour of our time to claim the tickets and check all our challenges?

1 week and they still haven't fixed it!!!!??? we have to be the 3 months of the promotion like this???!!! really???

I demand that those affected be compensated with whatever. this is intolerable.

The way I am reading the promotion is that when you qualify they are supposed to send a claim ticket email and when you click on that you get the ticket automatically but because there are problems with the promotion I have been advised to tell you that you need to mail support for compensation tickets while the problem persists.
No one is lying as we just post what we are told to post but the simple problem is that this promotion is having issues and until it is sorted out I can only apologise for anyone affected.

After this, I replied to the original email, asked the support via live chat to provide me with the correct email and I've tried to contact them both ways since 5 JAN 22.
Until now the only answer that I can get comes from LiveChat saying that they can't share anything and I must wait for the support email reply.
I've also asked while this situation is not fixed if they please could give my bankroll back, and the only thing I've got until now is, "you must wait, nothing that I can do", I know that the representative in this forum will say the same, but I'm aware that this is not an individual problem, this has affected people in large scales and 888 is just in silent mode activated.

If someone has a "better" email address or an alternative way to contact them I would really appreciate it!

Hello 888rep,

on 15.11.2021 I experienced a technical problem with BLAST Leaderboards promotion. I played 20$/50$ and 100$ BLASTS. In these Leaderboards one needs to play 30 games each. After I played 28 games each, the progress bars stopped advancing even though I played more BLASTs. As a result I earned much less rewards than I should.

I reviewed the BLASTs played that day. I played a total of 33x $20 BLASTs and 34x $100 BLASTs, so it was definetely a bug on 888 side.

$20/$50 leaderboard result: I scored 97 points and didn't win any prizes. In game 29 I had a multiplier of 2 or 3 (not sure) and lost the game. In game 30 I won with a multiplier of 2. So I would normally get 103 or 104 points and a price of $15.

$100 leaderboard result: I scored 105 points and won $75. In game 29 I had a multiplier of 2 and won the game. In game 30 I lost with a multiplier of 3. So I would normally score 112 and since _LooseGoose already had the 112, I would finish 4th and win a $200 prize.

My overall leaderboards result was $75 instead of $215, so I'm missing $140 due to the error.

I reported this error on the same evening for the first time, but 888 had issues with getting my e-mails. After 888 finally received my e-mail on 23.11. the incident 211123-000703 was opened. After that I never received any answer regarding this issue. I called 888 several times and every time the support member I called forwarded the issue to the technical department again and again. In few cases I even didn't receive any confirmation, twice I recieved confirming mails with new issue numbers: 211203-005479, 220113-000515.

Since I have no hope that support solves this issue buy themselves anymore I whould appreciate if you could help me.

Hello,

I will be moving from Malta to Moldova in many weeks and I would like to know if 888poker is accessible from here?

When I click on "Sign Up" from the lobby I can see many countries eligible but they don't seem to be all listed since I see players from other countries in the field while playing (canada, belarus,etc).

What are the others rooms on this network (888 network/ or Pacific Network)? despites my researches, I don't find any information
