I can't even observe any tables of those 3 tournaments I was in. When I clicked on my tournaments, I saw 5 tournaments I am currently in... but I could not click on 3 of them. Not only that... one of the tournaments I was currently registered and started... it showed registration is closed I then closed 888 and also party client even though I have many 888 and party tables running. I then restart my computer. Then log into 888... only 2 of my 5 tables open and I get multiple messages of registration is closed for the other tournaments.



So this means there is some bug in the 888 software as I restarted my computer and logged only into 888 and didn't reopen hem3 nor any party tables. Does anyone else have this issue?

Couple things. since one of the latest updates 888 lags and crashes as many people have reported here already. When your 888 client crashes and you have to restart it not only u lose all ur notes and color tags also auto rebuy on regular cash tables doesn't work. Also since the latest update when you join cash tables client always pre-selects to buy in with minimum buy-in and you have to manually select full stack EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would rate this client as 1.5/5. Also, my latest withdrawal took 16 calendar days.
With PokerStars going back to the old Rakeback system, GGPoker, etc improving and 888 poker actually going backwards I wonder for how long people will put up with this site.

888rep... is there a reason you cannot go back to your old software? I am talking about the really old one where the table layout didn't change. But after a while, I know people got use to it. But I did not remember any lagging until like the next software update or so.



I don't understand why you guys are doing these new software updates. Is there anyone that likes it? Whether someone plays 1 table or 5 tables or 10 tables or what it maybe... im sure almost all players would say they preferred that old software from 888 over 2+ years ago. That software literally was very close to stars.



Also I notice there is a folder called CLogFile in my desktop. I checked online and apparently this is related to 888? Do you or anyone know about this? Can this be deleted or not?

Would you consider working for 888s software dept because you seem to be in touch with what the customer really wants which is more that can be said for the current 888 developers.

I have not played here for years but if the software returned to the layout you showed with one improvement(the chat feature integrated onto the table itself like it was years ago) I would return instantly.

Next line is for 888:

The current software could not be worse if it was designed by someone who never seen a poker site or heard of the game. One other thing I noticed when I logged in to see what was happening was the new lobby. Its worse than the old one and for some reason when scrolling through games it just goes back to the top.

Sent them an email on this issue. But does anyone on 888 have this issue? When you reopen the client and you basically cannot see at few of your tables? Such that even when you go to the lobby and search that tournament and click find me and observe it... it doesn't open the table etc? Back then it was lot of lagging but this is basically making you sit out since you can't even view those tables.

Last night I played a freeroll and as soon as I opened Microsoft Edge, 888 stopped responding and it would not let me back in until I left the table, shut down Edge and then join the table. I had no problems either before or after using the browser. I had only 1 table open with no other apps running.

I tested it today by opening 4 cash tables for viewing and then opened Edge and 888 stopped responding.

I have not had this before but as I mentioned I have not played here so its clear to me that 888 has dug a deeper hole for itself.

Try closing the browsers and see what happens.

A message for the 888 rep to pass on to the software team: My PC runs windows 10 is only a few years old and is not clogged with apps or any other thing that may cause this and from what I see one cannot even go on the internet at the same time as 888. Edge was open only 1 page and it was this forum that I was on. No videos playing or anything else.

Rep, tell us when 888 think the hole is deep enough.

So I tried testing only 888 tables with 888caption and with hem3. I was trying to see how many tables i could play without lagging. The moment i have 8 tables or so open... tables start freezing and you see the words not responding on the 888 tables. Then after a bit... tables all close and client crashes and closes. I then reopen the client and log in. Tables are loading.. but then it freezes and same thing... not responding and client crashes and closes again. Basically i could not do anything at the tables.


What I did notice was after the first crash, i got an icon appear on my desktop called crash.checkpoint. Its like an icon that is like a blank page so to speak like a blank page icon. Is this icon related to 888 or is it related to hem3? Anyone had this icon show up?


What I then did was reopen 888 client again and log in... but before doing that... stop hem3. But by the time i did that, it was down to like 5 tables only. Only then was there no freezing/lag. But I also had closed 888caption as well. But look at what the poster above me said. He is 1 tabling with only edge tab running and no other apps running. So this certainly has to be an 888 software issue.

I opened several pages on Edge and played a couple of tables with no issues so not sure why you are having poblems with this and no one else has ever mentioned an issue like this.
Try reinstalling the client and maybe using a different browser and see if your issue clears up for you.

As I keep saying to you, you have too many apps and tables opened at the same time and you have said it all cleared up when a few tables closed and you had turned off caption to prove a point.

Just 888Poker, no other software running. 17 tables kinda ok (laggy) , as soon as I open 18-th table, client crashes. Repeat and same thing -18th table=crash. 888 software clearly has issues and would be nice if someone could report it to software department (if there is such). And no need to tell me that I have gambling addictions, will sound like pity way to ignore real issue.

Hello,

888poker Live made its long-awaited return to the UK with the 888poker Live Weekend, which took place between 28 – 31 October.
It all went down at Grosvenor Casinos’ The VIC located in the heart of London.

The local poker community came out in droves to celebrate 888poker’s first live event in London in 2021.

Hello, dear 888Rep. Please check poker username "worker0k" for prohibited software. I think he use software for automatic seat to poker table. I'am sure for 99% because I issualy start tables and watch how players seat after recreational player come to table, that user seat for 1-2 seconds after recreational player seat to poker table. Thanks. I hope together we can make this game more friendly.
