I think the only way to receive hand histories could be to ask them to forward the issue to the technical department and to write them explicitly what they should request. If you do this, please let us know if it succeeds. I didn't try it couple of years ago as I desperately needed a hand history.

The new software is better than old, never crashed for me, I even prefer it over Pokerstars aurora

Login does not work! Blank page after 5 min processing on firefox, on chrome HTTP ERROR 504 .

however players can redeem the gold tokens to buy tournament tickets and bonuses etc via My Account option within the poker client.

I have about 100 Splash party Freeroll tickets left. Promotion page says "any leftover freeroll tickets can be used even after the Splash Party ends." , but thing is I can not use tickets even when promotion is still going and will end in 6 days as there simply are no tournaments. Good job ,888! False advertisement is way to go!

Security is a joke. Focus on bots, right now it is heaven for them. I am also curious if the security is so good, how the hell i did not recieve any refund in the last four years. Yes i assume " no collusion, not bots here" lol.

Do you have any plans to go back to the old software? Before when you had the old software with the old layout, I remember there was almost never an issue with it. I remember testing 18 tables of 888 and there was zero lagging.



With the new software, when I tested like 8 tables or 10... the client freezes and crashes. The bigger issue now is since hem2 hud doesn't work, playing with hem3 running, the program freezes and crashes even more.



Also is there anyone here that plays on 888 and party at the same time? I got to know if anyone here has lagging going on because its basically almost impossible to play on 888 and party if you running hem3. When running hem2, it was still bad but manageable.

I have pointed out to you many times before the reason you are having so many issues is because you have way too many apps playing at the same time. 18 tables plus other sites is way too much for a computer to take at the same time.
