I was playing the Big Shot 109 on Sunday when 888 goes down and after that i could't login. Sent an email to support on monday and till now i was not refunded and not even the support answer the email.

I have been trying to login to 888 for a couple days and keep getting the message 'oops, something went wrong please try again later...' Have deleted and re downloaded software and same problem. Have also had this issue in the past and re download solved it but not now. User name is JethroBodine.

Once again you have players from Kazakhstan flooding the snap cash game pool. Obvious cheaters/bots. Can you please deal with this? Right now it's "KingTheLion".

Hi Rep,

I have fallen out with 888 support and I see that you have intervened here in a couple of cases, so I thought I would try asking.

My user name is CallDownAny2. I was one of the victims of the major server outage last Sunday, 13th June, when I was playing the Big Shot 109. It took me a while to realise that the problem was at the server end, by which time I had rebooted, reloaded 888 software etc.

Eventually I got the "Tournament suspended" message, and waited for it to resume. My tournament table was blank during this wait. I played small games on other sites, browsed etc, so I know there was no internet problem at my end.

When the tournament did not resume I restarted the client a couple of times, but still got a blank screen. A while later I did another restart and the tourney was running, but my stack had been blinded down to a few bb, which I shoved unsuccessfully quite quickly. It seems the tournment restarted automatically for most people, but for some, including me and another at my table, it did not resume until we restarted the client

I reported this to support, and assumed that I would get some compensation - my stack had been comfortably up before the outage. Support have said no, twice, and the reason given is that two players at my table were shown as "sitting out" - which some person in IT support thinks is "proof" that my problems were not due to an 888 technical issue.

The money involved is small, but it has got under my skin. I spent a frustrating couple of hours trying to get back in the game, and the support messages "happy to announce that we have a resoulution for your case" are salt in the wound. I will not keep playing the site if they stick to that line.

Are you able to intervene?

Hi, I still got casino bonus 5$ freeplay casino. but it's not written in small this time that it only applies after my account is to 0$ .

But last time I did not see it also that it was written in small and it was and then I lost my money going to the casino. I saw it after.

And then when I go to the casino it's not really indicated that I can have 5$ freeplay. SO anyways ... I'll just ignore your bonus.... And you don't need my poker user name to know it's an issue !!!!! just consider solving it for all the players .

Many thanks, Rep. That seems to have done the trick. I have received a $109 ticket and a more detailed explanation.

It is annoying to have problems with a tournament when you are going well, but the messages that effectively called me a liar were much more annoying, so I am pleased with the outcome.

It is a bit concerning that it took your involvement for an honest customer to get a fair outcome. My exoerience of other major sites is that when you have a long and trouble-free playing record, they will give you the benefit of the doubt in this sort of case.

As I said the bonus sometimes they work , sometimes they don't work. Sometimes they work but only if you have 0$ in your account. And then there are the bonus if you deposit more into your account. It is very complicated. And also the bonus coming in the form of a tourney ticket that is worth nothing at all, but they give infinite number of those.

And sometimes the bonus you only get it if you gamble it, but then you don't know but it only worked if you had 0$ in your account and then you gamble your own money .

Also if you win a ticket for a free tourney (usually 0.10$ or 1$), you must be careful to use it the next day because if you use it the same day, it will debit your own money to register the tourney .

You can use the filtures on top of the games ie name, date, buyin, players etc which will bring up either end of the games for you.
