Is that why they have a 6 table limit? Pretty incredible that we're in 2012!!! and the software is like it's back in 1997 which only allows you to play so few tables.

This is my story :
- "Hello, my username is Ibailo15. The problem is that all my money from the account to your poker account are missing. I found it today 11.12.2012g. around 12:40, and then I contacted your live support. Then followed a call from your employee, but she explained what will explain to you, and more - below.
Yesterday (10.12.2012g.) Played until about 19:30, then got up and no longer have been in the poker client. But today when I went and found the lack of money checked whether my account is not towed, according to the statement I made about the history of draws was that it's the next thing I did was to check the history of arms. It turned out that someone was playing on my account rates $ 600 buy in at a table with the name Verona and had lost all my money. For comparison, the levels of which I have been playing well below $ 20 max buy-in.

no , but unfortunately i am pretty sure u can say bye bye to your money.
no RSA security token, smartphone application or at least a password possible longer then 8 digits IS NOT THEIR MISTAKE.

I cant log into my account anymore but got also no notice from 888 what the reason is. Live Support isnt online, too.

Not really. In the face of the fraud allegation, I'd expect them to block all of the players who were at the table until they have completed their investigation. There would be a period between when the accounts were blocked and the email got out explaining the situation. If they are taking the complaint seriously, there ought to be some accounts blocked right now.

Do I think they are competent to determine if someone was truly the recipient of a chip dump? LOL

So the support says there isnt any issues with their servers so it is bad connect on my end which cause me not being ablie to log into my account.

But my internet wors just fine and I am playing on other sites without any problem.

seriously, 888 has one of the weirdest payout structure in mtt. I was playing a $22/1.5k gtd tourney today and didn't realize the min cash is $20 and the pay doesn't jump until FT (20 pays, 10-20 gets $20.xx each). Seriously? you spend all this time ITM and can't even have like 10% roi?

please re-design the payout structure for the tournament, this is really bad.

They banned my account and when I ask the reason they simply say "we took a business decision to close your account with us".
When I ask what this BS is they simply repeat the same s**t over and over again. "Business decision " " Business Decision " !!!
I have done nothing wrong and they are not accusing me of doing anything wrong either ..
But they closed my account . No refund either.
I have asked to give me the reason why they are doing this to me.
I got an email saying , "It's a business decision" . AGAIN
WTF is this??? Even a 10-yr old semi-****** would have answered to my emails better.
THe worst part is , they are telling me that I cannot create a new account under pacific poker and if I do so , they will ban all the accounts and no refund will be given.

How can they simply ban a player without giving a genuine reason ?

Why do I think there's more to this than you're telling us?

Anyway... yes, they can ban you without giving a reason. However, they have to give you your money back unless they're claiming you've breached their Terms and Conditions. Opening a new account would be a breach of their Terms and Conditions, so, yes, they would not be obligated to refund.
