And I also sent a lot of messages to know why the level in the rewards system don't seem to go up sometimes even if I play. Is there a limit to how much we can achieve per day in levels ? I never got a reply and I wrote again.

How many times should I complete the hand of the day,in order to be eligible for the hand of the month? It says that I should check my email, but I have not received anything regarding this.

Yeah and if we had the option to change all the tourneys tickets worth 1/100 of a cent that they give us every day for 0.10$ after 100 days or something like that it would be amazing.

Hi, I asked this question to the support a couple of times and they never replied.

I just want to know, I noticed ok to put it simple, in the left corner of the table I see a level, for example I am level 65. Ok easy! Then I see a number of points. example 680/680. Before I was 680 it was OKAY. Good, they were getting up as I was paying rake I understand.

But now it's stucked at 680/680. What happens ? Let say, I will criticize another day. I just want to know. Is there a limit to how much level we can grind per day ?

Hi, another thing, as I said on the top left corner I see 680/680 points, and level 65 ok... but then when I see in my reward page I see 692/850 level 65. So, basically, I just want to know, what are these two target points ?

Reinstall the client and see if that clears it up but make sure to restart your device after you uninstall it.

Just a reminder

Can you ask your developers to fix the problem with Player Tags.
For some reason player tags are changing from time to time, not all colors. For example blue remains blue, but orange sometimes goes yellow, and yellow is changing to green.

Example of player tags error:

I never tag a players yellow, and it turns out players with yellow tags(when I open the software). So the software is changing the colortags somehow.

I have tried to clear that with support, but after 6 mails i gave up, they don't know or don't wanna say, sad but that's apparently how they run it. Frustrating yes indeed

Hello, 2 months ago I got an email from 888 support saying that my behaviour violates 888’s rewarding philosophy and they disable any bonuses to my account. I asked them to clarify what exactly am I doing wrong and they didn’t provide any explanation. Their answer was «your account is opened for your gaming pleasure».
So I kept playing and today I got exactly the same email. Has something like this happened to anyone? Should I bother about it or is it just a standard 888 support behaviour?

Yesterday I have received email about disabling any bonuses for my account because of my gambling behaviour. Support didn't give any details on subject.Now neither I can spin the free spin wheel nor can I get a HOTD bonus, no blast leaderboard for me. Need assistance here, please.
