Since you've added a 200 plo since I last asked. Can you also add a 400 and 700 plo hu sng as well please?

if you deposited say $1k via neteller the next time you withdraw up to $1k it'll go back to neteller regardless of who you chose to withdraw to. Don't ask me why but thats how it is

u might deposit 50 once in a lifetime and u want to be withdrawing again and again..what then?

and well, no info about a change, no email, kinda ridiculous isnt it..

ive read the conditions but kinda dont get it what do I have to do in order to withdraw money where I want it?
if i wanna take out 2k i do have to DEPOSIT THEM (and get ripped of by the exchange rate) or what?

Most sites do it, you withdraw using the method you have deposited. No rocket science.

probably i stated myself incorrectly:
im using both deposit mehtods, in fact i was using only MB for years till i first tried neteller.

thing is, still they wont even stop the transaction, wont ask u, just send it someplace else..wtf again

so what should i do now to be able to withdraw to MB again?

example: (my skrill is in Eur)

i need to send 2k eur from my bank account to MB, then deposit (and get no bonus), get RIPPED off by currency rate and THEN i can finally withdraw??
(and lets say loose 70eur on currency ripoff?)
or,....?

vip support didnt answer too, very VIPish support as usually......

You will need to contact support@888poker and explain this to them and ask them to update your preferred withdrawal method.

hi, thx for advice..
i did that yesterday, regular support and vip support..till now, except for the automatic email i got no reply.
this is what i have for paying a nice rake each year, nice support, clean and fast, no weird things going on....

also i noticed chat is more ''not availiable'' than otherwise lately.

its ridiculous, fish bust 17players on the waitlist all don't take a seat, so it takes at least 10mins before seats are available. No other tables can spawn so people join waitlist instead of new tables and the cycle starts again. Thats why currently theres only 6 200nl tables and 25 100nl tables.

The policy refers to a "Member Transaction Balance". Have you specifically asked them for the amount of this balance for each of the deposit methods that you've used?

i had same experience with chat yesterday, they are really unhelpful with anything not to do with deposits.
When it comes to helpping with deposits they are really helpful.

they should change the name from, 'live chat' to 'deposit live chat'.

ok so i have reply- i need to cashout 3.4k to neteller before i can use anything else..
im probably going to cash it out all lolz..

what it means:

withdraw from skirll : currency change rippof + 1.8 eur
withdraw from neteller : much worse currency change ripoff + 10$, i mean paying 37$ for 940$ cashout is kinda..bleh

Hello 888 rep,

i cashed out my bankroll last week but needed to verify my ID. I didnt have a driving license but i rang support and told them that i had a birth certificate and expired passport, they told me to email cassava.net to see if this was adequate. I emailed them a week ago and i am still yet to receive a response and the online support is useless.

I have ordered a new driving license but this is going to take a couple of weeks to come through, and with Christmas coming up and me being a student this money is extremely important to me. Could you tell me if my money safe while im waiting to sort out my driving licence and if the expired passport and is adequate ID?
