Hello 888rep, I whould like to return to the issues I posted 2 months ago.

1) Can you please ask your colleagues about the result of their check? The issue persists and by now I cleared approx. 20 EUR less bonus then I should have cleared. Since I have 22 days left to clear the bonus I expect this amount to become few EUR higher.

2,3,4) The issues persist still too. It happens pretty often that I can't register to a tournament despite of the fact that I open the app during late registration period (in the last 42 seconds). And this moving fold button is really annoying. Couple of times I almost misclicked to "call".

5) I don't know if it has been solved or my observation had been wrong. In either case font sizes are equal for all players which is nice. Nevertheless font sizes are pretty small. Could you ask your colleagues to add an option to make the font sizes bigger in future, please?

Whoever had the splendid idea to incorporate this popup on the snap tables has done a very shi**y job. Do these people even beta test anything? Every day its something new.



Once it pops up in the middle of a hand its impossible to unclick it or see the stack/name of the player sitting in the upper middle. You basically have to leave the table.

Another minor issue someone may wanna look into. The waitlists dont work. You used to be 1st out of 9 in line and never get the seat, when sometimes youd get the seat as the 5th in line. Often you get the popup to take seat but even though it is seemingly your turn another popup says that the seat has been taken by someone else. If only someone could teach these silly popups to communicate better. But.. this issue hasnt been around for too long. From what I can remeber it has been only 6 years.

I'm confused what you mean by this? You mean in my pc settings or something? So you can't view the hand history format... like in words like the instant hand history on stars where you just click instant hand history?

888Rep, these banners do not close if animation is turned off in the poker client.
Perhaps your testers are testing the poker client only with animation (which is odd, in my opinion). This problem has been around for many years and no one has even tried to figure out what the cause is, as far as I know.

Same here - havent managed to open a single one. Endless loading screen loads endlessly.

Did you guys try a reinstallation as ity says in the message.
There was a sofware update a week ago and maybe you are not playing on the latest version.

Anyone has the bug where the player notes doesn't open for some players at the table?

For me it's random. I can open the notes for some players normally while others do not ever open the window so I cannot tag and take notes on some of them. Yes I tried to open/close the client and it's still bugged for the same players than before.

If I wanted to be adding a note, I find the only way sometimes is to go into the replayer, start the replayer going and then double click on the players name. That usually seems to work.

Sadly 888 has always been lacking when it comes to making it easy to update and look at player notes.

To be fair though they have upped their game in other ways.

Wow I ve left 888 about half a year ago due to player notes having huge issues and bonuses being unavailable.. I cant believe there still is a problem with notes it s gotta be something they do intentionally I thought it was a bug but they gotta know about these notes problems .it s been going on for years apparently and they could care less lol..
