I have same issue. Got scratch card, but after I scratch it, all I get is an error.

This was indeed a miscommunication, which has already been fixed for tickets being awarded now. Anyone who got a $15 or $30 Blast ticket should contact support and will be compensated.

I've tried again few minutes ago and it's ok now. No more errors. Got some gold tokens after scratching. Thank you!

I uninstalled and then reinstalled , but the software still crashes every session.

Hi, since I upgraded 888poker I'm having a lot of problems with the software, the tables stay loaded and then close, or the software itself closes abruptly. A few minutes ago the tables stayed loading and then the software closed, when I went back in I lost the notes I had from the players and the labels from all the players were removed.

Yesterday I had the same problem, when I entered 888poker today in the afternoon the label had a different color.

This is very annoying because I lost all the notes I had from the players.

Please try reinstalling the client but,
Make sure to restart the client after you uninstall before installing it again.

Is uninstalling 888 and reinstalling 888 the only way to prevent the issues? Literally every single time I spin the daily wheel... the first time it shows an error... then i click it again to spin... then once the spin is done... shows it freezing/frozen then i close it and have to log in each time.


Is anyone else having this issue and does uninstalling and reinstalling work? We need to uninstall it first before installing 888 client again right?

Hey 888rep,

I'm also experiencing problems with 888Poker after I did the update an hour ago. When I want to look at the lobby at MTT's it keeps loading. After a while I see some MTT's, but when I try to open them the lobby of the tournament doesn't load. At this point I can't play any MTT's. I already did uninstall the software and re-installed it again. Computer already rebooted, but the problem remains.

Please help.

Hey 888rep, it's been two weeks since I've posted in this forum. I'm still not verified despite providing lots of different documents. I have paid thousands of dollars in rake in the last 5 years and still have hundreds of dollars in my 888 account which I can't access. I only get generic emails from the support telling me that the documents I provided are not readable or don't match the provided information.

I simply married and took the name of my wife for christ sakes. I already deposited thousands of dollars from my bank account with my current name before the change of legislation for German players. 888 was OK with taking this money. I provided the legal documents proving the change of name. I provided a photo of my id with both my old and new name on it. What else can I do?

The support is of no use at all. Could you please help? I need to speak to someone who cares about long term players.

After you uninstall you must restart your device before you install it again.
