At midstakes 6max he constantly joins a bunch of tables and sits out, while the others are playing. He just ignores all chat messages, pretending not to see them and has been doing this for several days now. It is very obvious for him, that he violates rules, but he just doesn't care...

Please do something about that..

@888Rep - Quick question, why do some players not have the country of residence flag? It shows just as an 888 logo/flag. Thanks!

AFAIK
a) there are no flags for some small countries in their flags database
b) it isn't legal to offer services in some countries but there are players from those countries who changed their location (flag shows the country of registration)

anyone else with massive lag issues? getting sat out for no reason. can't even click the "I'm Back" button. internet speed tests fine.

I've played on 888 poker for a long time and I track hands with holdem manager. On the 24 July, I could not import hands anymore but that was not a big deal so I kept playing. Unfortunately, it was a big deal because I played a session yesterday where I was up about 500$ (I don't really know because I cannot track hands anymore) and my account went to about 3550$ and when I woke up this morning it was still at 3550$ but then magically it went to 2964$.

I obviously went to the support and they tried to help sending me my balance every time i was connected in the last two days but the number don't make sense at all. I don't keep track of my balance religiously but I know for sure that the numbers are all below the real amount. They're telling me you can look at the hands history but it would take like 100 hours plus since I can only look it up on 888 poker and not hold em manager since it does not work anymore.

I'm writing this to make people aware and to see if it happened to other people. Also I would like 888 to send me the hand history so I can import it and show that i'm not making stuff up.

888 must have one of the worst reputations around and they are genuinely a bit shady or totally incompetent. Altho this isn't poker related I thought I'd post this here so that people are aware.

I have been going round and round and round with them about a bet I placed that won. No strings attached. It won and that's that. Bet value was £750, not huge but not insignificant. They settled the bet and returned £750 without the winnings. Every time I contact them they say 'congrats on the win! I can see it was settled' I then have to explain to them in layman's terms that a winning 750 bet cannot equal 750. Where are the winnings? Eventually, every time, they say they will escalate and to wait 24 hours. So I wait for email and the reply is? 'Congrats on the win! I can see the bet has now been settled'. Dear oh dear.

I don't know WTF to do from here. It's either a straight up scam or endless incompetence.

Please give me your poker user name and I will send it over to sports management to be reviewed.

Still nothing resolved about the second stage of 888 is not reaching my email. It's been two weeks without being able to play because of that. Did you get any answers on? Just take the second

Totally same stats, very low 3bet 4% is a good sign of the same bot engine (there are no other regs higher then NLH $0.5/$1 with this number and now we have 6 from Latvia).

Also please check them for seating script, they are scripters (even if you ban them for this, it'd be great).

I hate defending them after how I have ben treated lately, but reality is whenever you have a problem like this on 888 it's incompetence rather than malice. They have a few people who know what they are doing and a whole lot of people who are utterly incompetent. And I could literally come up with page after page of examples to bore you with.

If you still have your VIP contact, message them directly otherwise keep escalating the problem, eventually someone will fix it.

I just updated the app. All my notes and player tags are gone!!!!!! Seriously right now????

It shows i need to update client, i press download, it shows downloading but nothing happens, link in 888 website goes to dead(404 error) tab. Just me?

That has happened 1 year now in about 2-3 month maximum and they don't do anything about it. On mac computer when update comes you must delete old client and fresh install new one. The hilarious part of this all is that there is nothing changed in client when you open it. Only you lost all your notes and game favorites, style, colors etc.

100% exact same thing that just happened to me. (Using Mac)
