- Its really terrible. My eyes has been broken after 30 minutes of playing 3 tables. Before i was playing 6 table for many many hours. I cant even tile tables normally on my laptop anymore. They covers each other. I need to buy a big 32"+ monitor so i could tile tables.

- Why is it so hard just to leave an option "switch to classic design" in the Display Settings section ?

- You already can see how traffic went down today. Regs will play less tables, 888 will get less rake. Its so simple. Can your management understand that ?

- There is no Lobby button anymore at the table. So to open the lobby during my session i have to go to taskbar and open it from the taskbar.

- Notes and colour marks becomes a trash. Several years of noting players went to trash.

- Can you jus sit at the cash table and try to change your betsize by 1bb using this terrible "scrolling bar"? I could not do that.

We pay thousands of dollars to you in rake, but u did the worst update ever for your long time customers. Something is wrong here obv.

The lobby button is in the menu at the top right hand corner of the table where it always has been.

Can you show it on a screenshot ? i cant find it on a cash table

1) When you complete a challenge - white message appears on the left up corner of the table and it can not be closed. It stucked. The only way to close it - is to reopen a table.

2) Auto muck hand option works incorrectly. Every time when i open the table it is ALWAYS unchecked. I check it, then open another table - and its unchecked again.

You need to do a reinstall to clear up those issues.

Board and hole cards are way too small. And there are huge free space on the table also. I think they should, and they were 1.5x larger at least. Or do you get your cut from ophtalmologists?

Volume down they say? Please investigate then consider banning every account which plays effectively daily that is suddenly missing, they could be bots. "go back to previous design" feature offered a workaround for these cheats.

I'll respond tomorrow when I sign in. But from today; the awful blinky bleep sound on alerts; the shitty muddled look of the table & vague crappy button positions (more contrast would be better); less easy to change some table options.

Why did you change? Cheaper software license?...that's absolutely the only reason that seems possible.

That image is from the bot forum with was auto-asterixed out in my proceeding post. Please let your security team know that that feature being removed will have halted some botters which may account for some of today's reduced activity. Hopefully it can be used as evidence (partial).

For this reason alone the function shouldn't be brought back but botters will be back.

The new software is better than the old but this is valid criticism:
Text/buttons/cards should be bigger, space could be used more efficiently. The information banner could be reduced/option to remove. Ironically, things are much clearer and easier to see on the miniaturised tables (~20cm width or less)

Ill probably quit 888 unless can change back soft or improve this new one.For me the thing that makes it horrible to play on is the chipstack bar.Im having to focus more and work out whats going on everytime the decision is on me.

All I can suggest is to give it a try for a few days and see if you like it and don't forget you can make some adaptions in the settings to see if that helps.
