There is a help section in the cashier. You will see an icon of a woman with the words help beside it. It is on the right hand side middle of the page but if you can't find it then just tell me your country and I will get it for you.
You should be able to use the same number for both poker and casino.
I have just accessed the casino cashier with no problems but if you still can't then just scroll down to the bottom of the casino lobby and you will a tab with Help and another with Contact and you can try that.

We have been warning players for the past couple of months that we would no longer be supporting the old software and the client was updated today accordingly.

Still cannot log in. It said downloading the new software (ugh), but then just gets to the lobby and is "loading..." until "oops, something went wrong..."

Sigh. I am missing so much value on 888 daily right now. Sad.

You also said that the new version would keep option to change to old table style. I had to update today and that option is no more, also why is the "new" software slow AF?

888Rep or anyone else, anyone have answer to this? Do I need to download the new 888software on the site in order to see the new tables? Shouldn't 888 update itself when i open the program though?


When i open 888poker and play now, its still same table layout etc.

There are updates currently going so it should get around to every player at some point.
The only difference to the update that I have noticed so far is the link to old software has gone, which had been declared that this was happening from 2 months ago.

Normally you get given two more cards than in hold'em, not two less, guess it gives a new meaning to playing blind, although as I have appeared to double up twice literally pushing blind, maybe it's for the best

Doubled up again, running 3/16 in chips, web client disconnects, reconnects, only reopens the NLHE table I'm on and not the NLO8 table so gg I guess

You need to reinstall the client to see if that clears this up.

I was playing on the web client given that, as mentioned above, the downloadable client is too unreliable to use

Have not been able to log in to 888 for almost a week now (and before that week was 50/50), cashed out roll which is a shame cause the games were amazingly soft.

Cant log in for the 2nd day in a row, and have now missed 3 Sundays in a row. I have reinstalled multiple times from the website, but it's always the same "oops, something went wrong, please try again later." I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this endless loop of reinstalling and just waiting... and its not just once or twice this week or this year. This has been going on for almost 2 years, where on any random day, I just won't be able to log in with no solution to the problem other than to reinstall and pray.

All of these log in issues are costing me time, money and energy. It's really a shame because I enjoy the mtt schedule, but the constant technical difficulties are making it almost impossible to say anything positive about 888 in 2020 from a software and support standpoint.

The new soft with new table look is absolutely horrible !!! I play 888 poker since 2008 you get use to it its a total shame the player no longer has the option to chose the version he wants the new tables are unplayable i hate everything about them and im sure many player do ! We marked thousands players and made thousands of notes and we does that for years how can we lose it all just like that it's crazy and unacceptable, pokerstars never in history did something like that to their players. Please 888rep we need the option to choose to play on standard "old" version.

People need to complain more about this issue it is just unacceptable to we lose all our hard work just like that.

I am just laughing. The only site that is losing traffic during quarantine. Their traffic drop after the removal of old tables. Most of MTTs overlaid. tried to play 1 tournament with this new awful design and had to end my session LOL. That's how bad it is. Unplayable with any other site - even ****ing table sizes don't match.

Also what is with 14 seconds time before acting for some tournaments? Make give players ever less time to think. I mean no player with brain will play your site anyway on this table design so it doesn't really matter.

Also arguing with support for weeks after your server crashes is super fun LOL.

I am also disappointed that after several years I have to stop playing there, but what can you do life moves on and we can only watch 888Poker deservedly dying.

I used to play up to 6 Snap tables on old layout without problems. On new layout my PC is struggling on 3, not mentioned that my nerves gave up on 1st one.
But I don't think there is any point ask them to revert to old design, they will not listen. Poker generated only 8% of 888Holding income, same did BINGO!!They don't need and don't care about poker, they care only about Casino(67%) and Bets(17%).
