I’m talking about this, that if I won with the hand of the day, I would get a daily prize. A few dollars bonus.

Is this promotion over? They just promised to warn us in advance about the end of this action. But there was no warning.

I have no tasks in the client, but nobody seems to have it. And before that it was gone, but tasks were completed and prizes were awarded.

Maybe you should read the terms of the 888poker club Be active days.
You do get points for blast games, You need to check the Challenge tab and Be Active days.

As I have already explained if the Hand of the Day is not in your challenges tab anymore then it's over for you and anyone else who fits the same criteria.
Have you now got the Galaxy promotion in your Challenges because that is taking the place of the Hand of the day promotion so you either now have one or the other.

Are you talking about this galaxy of freerols promo??..cause if so I have them both active please let ur colleagues from promo division remove one of them I dont want to have any problems or get too much free money )..

Is someone really able to play at 888 now? I've got a message "server is currently down. try again later" the whole day and still I can see a lobby and that there is some people playing. Tried to reinstall the software and it didn't help. Tried to boot my computer. Still nothing. Can't open the cashier with any browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) either. What is going on there? Yesterday everything worked just fine..

edit: Top of the lobby looks like this and if I try to open tickets, free spin, anything on profile etc. Nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. Doesn't even try to open anything…

Just wait for it. I try to figure out how to post a screen shot here….

edit2: Oh never mind. I have no idea how to edit a screen shot here, but anyway it shows mostly white, blank. Text: "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

edit3: And never mind that either. I finally was able to open the cashier and withdrawed everything i got there. Too many problems in too short time period. Bye. =)

I actually did get 1 buck for hand of the day today huuray..and this galaxy of freerols I only see now after reading here you have to opt in and get some challenges in the browser but i didnt manage to opt in yet since server is apparently down again and again and again..

Edit..now I check and apparently this galaxy of freerols is just the first deposit promo my bad

No there s no task I guess its automatic..today I finished it at 4.08 am romanian time..and this galaxy of freerols I checked now it says you must complete some task and get some freerol tickets but I dont know if its depositors only or just a new promo I guess they dont even know and make things hard for us to get any free money..well I actually dont even care I dont need anything from the EXCEPT FOR HAVING A RELIABLE SOFT AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS..

When do you say enough is enough and hire smarter people? Invest significantly more in development and software.

EVERYday is significant software problems and your support never responds to emails or issues refunds.

Yep. Still down. Let's try again tomorrow. Or next week =) No problem. You will get there some day… Or some week. Or some year. Maybe the same year that you will start answering e-mails or paying refunds from crashed tournaments =)

I finally got a response today, after 8 days. Support said since I had already been given 200$ in refunds from earlier issues I cannot be given refunds for a separate issue caused by the same thing - 888 software. I’m pretty sure that would not fly with your regulators.

So folks, if 888 issues you a refund one weekend and their software wets the bed next weekend, you’re �� out of luck

Yep. I've had same kind of experiences. Worst software, worst support and the most all kind of errors and lost connections and ****. And still I keep coming back again and again and trust that they have fixed some issues… Not anymore.. I've given them 10 years to make thing work… Hopeless..

Just trying to withdraw the rest of my money, but just have to watch "site is not responding" and "server is currently down". How the f can it be down almost everyday for months??
