I am currently wagering a full deposit bonus out of which I have completed around 80%..If I cashout now an amount will I still be able to wager for the remaining??..also I understand that you might keep all the winnings I had with the bonus is that true??..I ve read the terms but in all honesty I didnt quite understand and I want to be sure as I really need some money..

I always look at the tournament info before I play. It did not state and still does not state in the satellites available that those in browser mode will not be able to play PKO events.
I've e-mailed off the issue to support and requested a $22 ticket to an event I'd be able to play in browser however noticed you were fairly active on here and decided to get in touch this way. Appreciate you coming back to me my user name is AlanSouth. Best Regards, stay safe....

888poker said they sent me my withdrawal but it did not reach my account. They asked me to send my bank statement which I did 12 days ago. I have not received any feedback since then.

I cannot believe that I hit the withdrawal button on Feb 24 and two months later I have not received it.

@888rep is there a way of saving notes from the older software so we can use them on the new version? As I'm sure I have seen posters in here complaining they lost all their notes when updating.

Ive lost my notes several times , the xml file overwrite dosent helped for me.Very frustrating.I think this will be the case on 21 too ...

I final tabled a satellite to a large buy in tournament and almost instantly your **** software slowed to a crawl and I was forced to close the client and log in. After blinding down logged off and logged in again, or at least tried. Now I am getting the infamous “oops something went wrong”.

Your software is TRASH. I’ve never had close to this amount of trouble using any program ever in my life, free or paid service. Whoever is responsible for developing this robbed you blind. You are by far the worst value for money and least reliable poker server i’ve ever used. I can’t even log in to cash out. What’s more alarming is this morning, after my third attempt at reinstalling, I was greeted with a malware warning stating your program was quarantined as a threat. First time for that too.

I got an email today stating the switch to the new tables was to become mandatory in a week. The new tables are okay, but the problem is they are a different size than the old ones. And now they don't match the industry leaders (Stars and Party) anymore. Instead they are the same size as Winamax, which makes for an awful experience trying to play on multiple sites and to be fair if someone is forced to choose between 888 and Stars or Party they are typically going to choose the bigger site.

Keep the new look, but retain the old dimensions, please... and let us use the old software until that is complete.

I know you won't do this, but at least I tried.

I saved my notes on to a USB stick before installing the new software and put them back into the same location on new software and it worked for me.

Go to documents or wherever your 888poker folder is located, then go to folder with your screen name and you should find notes there. Open it to make sure its the right one first and if it is save to stick or another location on your computer. When you install new software paste them back into the same folder.

I don't know if something has changed to make it no longer possible but its worth a shot.

I did same but it didn't work, when I change to "old table" in settings the notes work, with new table they don't work. I guess we won't be able to view old table starting from 21st of this month, so it would be nice if they could fix this....888rep...do you know what's going on with this?

Bit confused as i also got that email about switching to new tables. So it isn't new tables by default? I few times had to reinstall 888poker but you can't just open 888poker and it updates whatever as needed?


So on that day, what happens? The tables change to the size by itself? Or its after an update? Is there a way to see how those table sizes look now? The current setup of the tables on 888 seem okay to me. Can someone post a pic of how the tables look?
