How do you stop pressing space bar from folding you out of hands?

I'm typing a player note, the window pops up just as I press space bar while typing a note, and for some strange reason pressing "space bar" is default set as fold for a hotkey.

There is no option to remove or turn off this space bar hotkey. (I have alt+f as the current hotkey for fold).

Not sure what version you have but is it possible for you to take a screenshot in settings of the GAME SETTINGS page?

Email the gaming commission to confirm but like I said I believe they have 8 days to respond to a complaint and than another (X) amount to action it to a mutual satisfaction. You can either contact eCOGRA after this time or start a complaint with a resolver through the commission. Know that there is a strong chance you will get an email within two weeks of your resolver complaint from 888 saying without prejudice they do not want your business. You need to ask yourself if it is worth it. Unfortunately those are your options other than waiting for 888 to respond and crossing your fingers the employee takes his/her time to resolve it first time when/if they do.

Given how shady 888 seems to operate does anyone trust they are paying out properly in Blast games? Before I cashed put my bankroll I must of played a thousand of those things and spun more than a 3x less than 10. I wasn’t expecting a jackpot spin but not ecven any 5x?

Try clicking settings then game settings and on the right hand side check if hotkeys are enabled. If so see which are set for each action. Disable hotkeys and see if that clears it up.

Its a bit odd because on mine spacebar is not a hot key option but you could have different version.

Played the $3.30 satellite last night for a $22 PKO tournament and cashed to win a ticket. There was no sign of the ticket in the 'my tickets' section. There was also no sign of me being auto registered to any upcoming tournaments as the 'my tournaments' section was also empty. Went to bed and assumed it would take some time to update. Woke up this morning, still no ticket but out of curiosity I checked sharkscope and was surprised to see I had allegedly played the $22 PKO tournament last night.... No table popped up, it didn't show in my tournaments, there was no ticket there whatsoever so I obviously was blinded out.

I'm playing in the browser version as I can't download the software to this laptop. Would that affect it? There weren't any PKO tournaments showing in the poker lobby at all which I thought was strange, just the satellites.

Please advise.....

Bro this guy here is the only one from 888 that sort of does his job right give him a break he can only transmit he can take no actions..

He’s literally ignored several peoples questions, including mine. He’s then taken to repeatedly stating that we’re in a pandemic as the reason their customer support is awful. That has nothing to do with it. Their support was awful before that.

On top of that, you put it right yourself, he “sort of does his job”. How about actually doing it?

To clarify, I *think* it is space bar. It possibly could be another key. It happens suddenly as I'm typing a note, the table will pop up because it is my turn, and the hand folds as I'm typing.

It's not possible for me to be pressing any of the hotkeys as I'm typing because the alt key isn't used when typing text.

I am using Mac OS.

Ah I see. Mac's have their on rules and might explain why some players are experiencing certain issues and some are not so it would be of great help if players told me if they are using a mac.

Do you not see the problem with “if you piss him off you lose your chance”?

There was a promotion cashback that gave a spin but I think that maybe it's over now but not a 100% certain of that.
You will need to check the terms of each bonus to see what the clearing process is as some are different than others.

The browser play has only a limited capability compared to the downloaded version. Did you not read the information section in the satellite information link as that would have told you the details.
If you can give me your poker user name I will send it over and see if they can do anything for you.
