Not sure if anyone here knows, or can help.

But is it possible to exchange tournament ticket for cash value. I won an $8.80 ticket but won't be able to play in the tournament, just curious if I could unregister.

Any help appreciated.

edit, careful dont play the jackpot tables, they been known to steal jackpot 50cent from you even if you sit out, dont post.dont know if its been fixed
They sent me an excel spreadsheet with my wins/losses and said nothing was wrong. I took a quick look and immediately found a discrepancy I'd like explained.

Here's the full version of the excel document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...zg3MU5MamRzZmc
Here's the relevent portion: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...VJxQXJlUFhaTFE

Look at the second document. It's the last session I played on 888. My net profits for the session were -$26.96 (exactly the number holdemmanager reports as well), yet my account was debited $36.46. Since the total profits in the excel spreadsheet and holdemmanger are identical I highly doubt my database is missing any hands.

Rake is also factored into the profits column (I checked). So where are my $9.50 in mysterious losses in the past 119 hands? Where are my $369.94 in mysterious losses in the past 2200 hands?

You need to get an explanation to what's happening at 10/14/12 21:33

After you won $5.03, bringing your table credit to $105.03, you table credit drops by $.50 more than it should in every line after that until 10/14/12 21:57

The bad beat jackpot costs $0.50 to post. I was pretty diligent about turning off the auto-post that session though. I doubt I missed more than 4-5 hands (and hands that don't go to showdown get refunded).

I just checked my database. Of the 2200 hands I played on 888, HM reports that 522 went to showdown. So even if I posted the BBJ for all hands (which I didnt) that amounts to $261 in BBJ rake. I'd still be missing more than $100.

As far as i can see If checked bbj you pay also $0.50 even when you don't go to showdown. you don't get refunded.

General Rules:
1.Two or more players must be dealt into the hand.
2.Two or more players must contribute to the Jackpot. If less than two players contribute, the hand will not be eligible for the Jackpot. Contributions from participating players will be returned to their bankrolls.
3.Players who do not contribute to the Jackpot are not qualified to win.
4.Players sitting out do not qualify for the Jackpot.
5.The winning hand must include both the pocket cards and the hand must go to the showdown.
6.If two or more players qualify for the Jackpot, the player with the higher hand wins the Jackpot.
7.Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Violations will disqualify the hand for the Jackpot.
8.In the event that technical difficulties occur that prevent the game's completion, the hand will not participate in the Jackpot. Jackpot contributions will be returned to the players' bankrolls.

You're right, the hand doesn't have to go to SD for you to be charged the .50

As long as two people post it, you're paying it, even if there's no flop.

dont be fool by 888. i asked them many times if the bbj has to go to showdown, it DOES NOT. they rake bbj .50cent to see the flop.

dont know if you start lots of tables playing headsup or not, but on the annoucement, it will say 50cent jackpot been returned to you, dont trust them, they infact DONT REFUND you 50cent, they told me otherwise.

dont even trust their spreadsheet , its a load of crap, they said i lost like $30-40 in bbj rake due to a couple of bugs, one was which i informed them about first, i know for fact i lost WAY more, at least $500-1000, bunch of bs , im a bankroll management whore, i always keep an xxx amount after my sessions and cash out the rest.its their words vs yours,

one bug was sitting out they rake you .50cent every hand you sit out,

2nd bug was raking you .50cent as you're waiting for your turn post the blinds when you 1st sit.

after every session, i couldnt believe how low much bankroll was compared to how much i actually lost in hm

havent played the bbj in 6months, dont know if they are still funding the bbjackpot with the money they stole from us?

i was 8tabling the 1/2 nl bbj table for a week until i found out where all my money went....

well the profits column (which includes rake) is definitely accurate, so HEM and 888 are properly tracking all the hands. If it possible i paid $360 in purely BBJ rake in 2200 hands then that explains the shortfall. seems unlikely though, math doesn't add up.

its good to hear that the numbers lined up. For 2 months, i keep thinking you get refund if there were no showdown,i was wondering where all my money went. my spreadsheet was pretty empty from what i can remember.

im guessing win/lost total will add up, but what about bbj rake total?

Do you always have bbj rake turned off?
its definitely possible they are still taking money from you as you're waiting to post your blind. or sitting out. example
you 6 table, if bugs still exist
you will lose on average of $3-4 per table if you click wait for your turn to post blind and have bbj checked.
4x6 =$24 stolen just by starting sessions. x amount of session you played. over 2200 hands, you only need 15 new sessions of 6tabling to pay the $360

theres no way these bbj rake will show up in their report because the rake you are paying, You are TECHNICALLY NOT EVEN IN A HAND YET!how can you be in hand when you're waiting for the blinds to come to you?

ask them if they fix the bbj bugs and if not, tell them to send you reports of hands you havent posted blinds yet(yet paid bbj rake), i doubt they can figure that out.

Anybody knows how much of that 50cents actually goes into funding the jackpot, and how much 888 keeps?

Tonight's update appears to have added a new and annoying bug. Sitting in the BB, I lost 2/3 of my stack one hand. It then failed to auto top-up to 100bb, and instead let the timer run down and sat me out (despite that I had the auto-post box ticked). It then refused to let me reload to 100bb, stating when I clicked "add chips" that "currently there is a pending rebuy request that is being processed, please wait until the rebuy action is done before proceeding with another rebuy". Only option appears to be to leave the table, or play 30bb deep (which isn't an attractive prospect).

Anyone else had this?

Keep a close eye on your roll when that happens, in the past its resulted in a lot of funds missing.
