Hi,

The examples that the player gave were sats that were made to have no breaks on purpose. 99% percent of the sats have normal breaks.

We will however do better to avoid these until we fix the issue with the lobby description.

The Micro tournaments have variable blind levels that does speed things up from the mid stages of the tournaments. We did this off the assumption that most micro tournament players will prefer faster formats. We appreciate the feedback.

Please reconsider the decision to run some tournaments without breaks. Players need pauses for human needs and/or to just relax before playing another hour. That is exactly the reason why all the big poker sites synchonized their breaks at 55 past hour. There is really no reason to break this unwritten rule.

888 rep, i need your help.

The tricky situation. I was trying to make withdrawal to Skrill. Skrill rejected the payment, because i did not complete their standard form about my job. I completed it and now my skrill account is working fine. But when i go to 888 cashier Skrill method is not available for me anymore. Ok, i did a deposit to 888 via Skrill and it went successfully. But after that there is still no Skrill option for withdrawal.

Your email support completely don't understand my issue. You are my only hope.

After 6 months of going back and forth with my utility bills I finally got verified and now for a week my emails have been ghosted, I have 4 on account that has been hidden because of innactivity.

I would like to ask you a question. I am trying to verify my account. However, I live in Japan, so I cannot find any utility bills that have an acceptable level of English on them to be accepted by your Operations Team . I sent them my bank statement, but this was not acceptable either. The rep I spoke to on chat said that I should go and get things notarized, however in Japan, the report would also be in Japanese, which would then have to be officially translated etc etc.......look, it's going to cost hundreds of dollars, so it's not worth it.

Now, it is your prerogative not to accept my verification documents. 100%. Just as it is mine to forgo jumping through expensive hoops. We can both just decide not to do business together, correct?

However, at what point is it O.K for you to disable my account and keep the funds I deposited? You accepted my deposit, before I was verified. Then demanded verification, and then disabled my account, so that I can no longer interact with the helpline. E.mails to support simply get bounced back as "undeliverable". I wish to withdraw my funds, but am unable to do so nor contact anyone about it.

Can you explain any of this please?

O.k, either through the "Second opinion" mail, or through your efforts, I received a mail from the "Operations Team". They are, predictably, demanding more documents. They refuse to enable my account. Now, to be VERY CLEAR, I have sent them my New Zealand bank account statement already, the one connected to my credit card. It's a bank statement, for the account connected to my credit card, and it's in English. It has been entirely acceptable for many other KYC requests, including sports books, online share traders, and brokerages. I have sent it, yet again.

Here is the thing though. Here is the rule from the UK Gambling Commission:

Confiscate all or part of the funds in a consumerÂ’s Deposit Balance, or otherwise deduct any amount therefrom on the basis that the consumer has failed to comply with any identity and/or age verification requirements set by the operator (including, but not limited to, a request to provide specific documents or information).

Use, enforce or seek to rely on any term in a consumer contract or consumer notice which has the object or effect of permitting the operator to confiscate all or part of the funds in a consumerÂ’s Deposit Balance, or otherwise deduct any amount therefrom, on the basis that the consumer has failed to comply with any identity and/or age verification requirements set by the operator (including, but not limited to, a request to provide specific documents or information).

None of what 888 is currently doing is ok. You are blocking my account and simply demanding the same documents over and over from a No-Reply e.mail address.

Legally, you only have two options:
* Accept them, and verify my account.
* Deny my documents, cash out my bet, wire me my funds, and close my account.

That's it. You cannot just keep demanding more and more documents and refusing to accept them, and using this as an excuse to keep my account disabled and my funds frozen. It's firstly, against the law, and secondly, some real scammy B.S.

Oh, and for anyone following this thread, I opened this account *very* recently, placed a single bet, and next time I logged in, my account was disabled. I'm not a poker pro, not running a bot ring from Belarus, not trying weird betting patterns, bumhunting, paying from some dodgy bank account in St Kitts. I haven't even been allowed to play yet. I'm just a regular guy, from N.Z, living in Japan, that wanted to put on a bet, and play a bit of cards. That's it.

FYI,

it is simple as player as not deposited in last 6-12 months no withdrawal option available.
he can make a minimal deposit via the many methods available in his cashier and then the withdrawal method will be available.
Ask him to update his telephone number as well as I did try to call and it is not working.

I`m sure you will "send it over". In fact, last time you did that, I got a mail demanding more documents. I just got a mail back this morning saying they were unacceptable, because they were "blurry". As you can no doubt guess, they were not blurry.

I have done that and they just banned my account again because it was deposit and withdrawal in the matter of a minute.
