I can explain in depth - the "Low" SNG filter covers all Games from $0.10-$20.
This is way too wide of a Range. As another fellow reg of my games mentioned this, this also doesn't seem to be Just a bug in the 888.de Client as He is from romania.

Your response was "your problem is you Play several Sites". I can only Play 4 tables per Site due to regulation. Obviously Not your fault, still I don't get why I get a response of the sorts of "this is your issue, not ours". I'm very positive with the current set that pretty much everyone using any filters would prefer the MTT-Filters or similar to be implemented in the SNG Lobby as well. And this should be very simple.

The only response I get from you is me sorting games in the lobby (Regs need FILTERS, not just an Option to sort the list)
I do get your point somewhat and it applies for Recreationals who Play their 2-3 tables and exclusively on 888, then this may be suitable.
But I Play 3-4 sites (including yours) due to my country restrictions and Just an option to sort games without filtering out certain ones just gets hectic.
Or bring Back the "favourite" Games feature that was there in the old Software afaik, then I can Just put the Games/formats of my choice in there.
Right now it is very inconvinient for any proper grinder (who are the ones maintaining your SNG games to still Run that frequently)
In terms of SNG filters your site is the worst of all sites I ever witnessed after grinding many many sites for almost 12 years, with the new Software. And Like I said I am currently active on 4 sites and all other sites are Like miles ahead in that sense. You are a top5 Site in the pokerworld, you should look into also acting Like it IMO.

there is an issue that after connection issues notes are changing colours and dissapearing.
You can easy replicate it by mark table of players, have few times connection aborted, so you will see that there is part with notes going on....

Even If you guys don't see this as actual "Problem" it is a large inconvinience for Regs Like me and others, who to be fair actually get the volume in SNGs you get actually started (you will not get close to this without Regs)
Just Copy the MTT-Filters in the SNG Lobby and all is fine for everyone I'd say, this does even Not Take much IT-knowledge

There are not many people complaining about this issue as most players do not play the same volume of poker sites/tables as you so it is not a problem for them.

We are surely not ignoring messages from anyone here, and have implemented suggestions made on this thread in regards to SNG's, in removing unpopular formats to centralize liquidity in more active games.
Regarding updating the filters in SNG's, this suggestion has been noted, and will eventually be handled but it will take time, as there are higher priority projects being handled at the moment by the dev team. Seeing as the new SNG filters will not be available in the near future, do you have a recommendation regarding a change in the configuration of parameters for low/ medium/ high.

Also, please share your thoughts on the fact that we don't currently show running/ completed SNG's. Is this something you feel players would appreciate being returned?

Is there a list of allowed software running while playing 888?
For example Jurojin, TableTamer, PokerTracker?

Please explain more?

obviously disciplined players that use filters for game types and stakes will want to mix in some 10 cent games along with their $20 games just to keep themselves vigilant, don't let this guy bring you down with his negative attitude!

Poker tracker is allowed out of your suggestions but there is no list.

Can I request a tourney series for the new Ontario site?

I think you’re doing a great job with the schedule overall, but you should move ahead the start time of the $55 high roller sub satellite so the $5 feeder can complete first. Many days I’ll see it not run with 8 registered and a 9 minimum and the $5 satellite finishing 5 minutes too late.

It would be really nice if you guys would hold a tourney series like stars did for Ontario. Also, are you planning to offer regular SNGs?

Both are overlaying, likely cannibalising each other and small field pkos are not so nice. Better to withdraw the 22:00 turbo pko in the hopes of the $11 reg speed pko thriving.

Overall I think you added slightly too many new tournaments in terms of similar buy in level and styles too close to each other, this was just the most obvious one, but I do appreciate the ambition.

So to be clear: If I use Jurojin or TableTamer for another site while 888 is running, I will get banned? Even if I disable the features for 888 in Jurojin?

There should be a list for transparency, as I see many users have complained about being banned unfairly in this thread.

Speaking of SNG's, why is removed SNG's 6 players turbo format (4 minutes level) ? I was playing it often and it was running good. Now its only superturbo 2 min. - what is too crazy and to fast structure and regular 8 minute level, what is too slow. I, and i belive many other player would appreciate if you return that games.

Is there a way to download hand histories that weren't tracked? I've played some sessions on 888 Ontario that I'd like to import into a tracker. Thank you

Okay so you added a whole bunch of new tournaments on 888. However, will there be any software changes to fix the software issues?



I don't know what is the purpose of having so many of these new tournaments added if people will have client issues if they to play a bunch of these tournaments. Is everyone suppose to only play 3 tables max or something?

I think most players do not have a problem with the client. 5 tables works fine here.
