You guys really don't care about your website it's terrible.

Always so hard to find a table running we can actually sit and play.

When i download 888 i get problems. I dont like turning off my anti virus to play poker can someone explain what i need to do to get it install.


I emailed but honestly the email made it so confusing. I just want to install the app. Not turn off ports ect

Like im sure its set up in a way u need a computer degree to play on this site. The client still looks 20 years old yet u need to be gandalf to get on.

I don't understand why you are having numerous issues. Have you checked your filtures to make sure you are not hiding any tables.
Which table stakes are you having these issues?

If your anti virus is stopping you downloading our client then it's up to you to make 888poker an exception and if you don't do this you probably will not get a successful download.
Most anti viruses have no issues whatsoever with the client.

Im giving it exception but it still wont like me exclude it when i get past that. Its avg antivirus. Idd generic bullshit

Well I think for starting, the most annoying issue is when I try to sit at an empty seat, it usually writes : 'SORRY ANOTHER PLAYER HAS ALREADY OCCUPIED THIS SEAT '

And if I click for a long time try another table it ends up working. But the thing is there is nobody on the seats that I am trying to select.

I also use AVG and when the popup window appeared I put the file on the exception list, the installation continued as normal.

I suggest you deactivate AVG for a few minutes and see if that helps.

I play on a computer with 2 monitors. One is a 4k display and the other one is a gaming monitor (FHD, 240hz). If I move one of the 888 tables to the secondary display (the FHD one) the 888 client crashes and I have to restart it. This also happens if I try to move the Lobby to the secondary monitor.

Additionally, I noticed that if I try opening the client with both desktops visible, the software will lag a lot and I'll need to restart the PC. The client only starts on a "good state" if I have some full screen window running on the secondary monitor (e.g Chrome).

Can you please advise?

Hello, there is a suspicious group of russian/ukrainian players in super turbo 6max sngs. They mostly play $10-50 buy-ins, but from time to time each account plays super turbo husngs or auto all-in husngs. I think they can make it to look less suspicious (or maybe there are free tickets or something). I attached two screenshots so you can see there is a pattern at least in the days they play. You can find their nicknames on the screenshots, I don't want them to be able to google it.

They can teamplay by sharing hole cards. Can 888support make an investigation about them? Where can I write an email about this situation?

I think you should do the triple threat or a variation of it in outside of Sundays. Could do something with the $22pko at 17:30 and the $33pko at 19:30 call it the daily double or something and give ticket to each if you cash both on the same day, Change the colour to yellow in the lobby to make them stand out.

I tnink we did a promotion like that years ago if I remember correctly which was very popular.
