me and, i am sure, many others 888 customers want to hear your opinion on this issue.(screenshot attached)

So on friday ive dediced to have fun and play some NL50 cash games. We have been playing for a several minutes, and then recreational player(Pink color on the screenshot) went to sit out ( WC or smoke, whatever). immediately after that 4 regs went to sit out as well, and game has been completely broken and stopped. (you can see it on the screenshot). So i was sitiing in alone and 5 other players in sit out. Its clearly understandable that these 4 regs went to sit out because of recreational player went to sit out. And when he was back in - these 4 guys sit In immediately back again.



Your low level email support told me that it is IN 888poker rules and everybody can sit out how he wants.
As far as i know on Pokerstars and other poker sites you will be instantly warned and banned for such scummy behaviour at the poker table. As well as i can't imagine same situation in live poker.

So i really want hear something from you about this extremely serious problem.

Anyone have experience using hand2note or drivehud 2 on 888 and how it is? Is there any lagging and things like that? It lags quite a bit when using hem3 with it since you cannot use hem2 with it anymore.



Im also curious what is the most amount of tables you guys could play on 888 without the client having issues.

Up to 3 players sitting out while waiting for more players to join is allowed but when a 4th player joins they must all get active.

Stop trolling. If You don't like this room or support , You are allowed to not to play here. There are plenty rooms out there with better support, better software, better promotions and better regs too !

Last year when I stopped playing at 888 Poker they had changed the bonus politics to one that basically if you were a winning player and never bust your bankroll you'd never had a change to wager those bonus. How's that situation now, still the same?

I received an e-mail where you get 50% of rakeback each Monday if you early register mtt's (888.es). Will I get that bonus directly?

I don't understand why you guys can't roll back to the old software. The first major software change you did where you completely changed the avatar/layout... I wasn't a fan of and many players didn't like it. But after a while you get used to it. I do not remember if there was any lagging or not back then... but I remember the layout many players didn't like. But then you guys did more software updates where there is so much lagging.



However, the lag is so bad now. Back then before the software updates, I remember once opening 12+ tables of 888 and testing to see if there was any lagging. I don't play that many 888 tables but did that as a test. I normally do up to 6 tables of 888 while playing on party or stars at the same time.
There was literally zero lag. Your software was just as good as stars before the stars aurora.



You mentioned to not playing too many tables and multitable with another site. But this user above has issues with 6 tables of 888 with PT4. I do not use that but used HEM2 until the hud no longer worked with it. Then I tested HEM3 with it on 888 and the lag is beyond unplayable.

You get the cashback bonus every Monday for the games you played the previous week ending Sundays.

You have options in the settings to change some features that you don't like so maybe look at that.
As for HEM3 we have no control over third party software so can't comment but as I have advised you before to maybe play less tables and see if that helps.

It looks like old layout, but as old 888 client software is no longer supported for long time now and using it should not be possible and even could be illegal, only logical explanation would be that is some custom layout mimicking old layout.

how are you still not allowing people to deposit an hold in local currency? you make people deposit and then convert to usd at a terrible exchange rate, or you make people deposit in usd who live in europe?

I think at this point you are the only site that still does this, I think all other sites just let you deposit and play in local currency, or they convert at the real exchange rate. Please improve your cashier.

i am a software developer all my life. So its not a big issue for me to create my own custom table layout i put it in the new client.

Okay so I was playing on party and 888 with HEM3 running since the hud for HEM2 does not work for 888 anymore.



Now I know 888 rep said if you play too many tables, then there would be issues. I was probably playing 5 tables of 888 with 8 tables of party. Then the lag issues starting occurring. I had noticed if I closed hem3 and 888 tables... my party tables are not that bad. Now here is the big issue. I eventually closed the 888 client and closed hem3. So I only had party tables. The lag with party is bad but no where as bad when mixing 888 with it on hem3. Again its unplayable if you have many tables mixed of party and 888 with HEM3 running.



I reopen the 888 client... i had about 5 tables of 888 still running... for some reason... only 2 of these tables opened? I got message when i log back in 888


This table is currently available. Yet... if you check the tournament lobby, its still running.



Now when I click on the tournament lobby and find me, I could but could not sit at these 3 other tables. So literally all my hands are being folded. I can't even observe any tables of those 3 tournaments I was in. When I clicked on my tournaments, I saw 5 tournaments I am currently in... but I could not click on 3 of them. Not only that... one of the tournaments I was currently registered and started... it showed registration is closed I then closed 888 and also party client even though I have many 888 and party tables running. I then restart my computer. Then log into 888... only 2 of my 5 tables open and I get multiple messages of registration is closed for the other tournaments.



So this means there is some bug in the 888 software as I restarted my computer and logged only into 888 and didn't reopen hem3 nor any party tables. Does anyone else have this issue?
