Probably the 5000 person saying this but please, cut the mandatory software update during UK afternoon out. Was a top 3-4 stack with 14-17 left, did a reboot during break and was left trying to reinstall for an hour (of course there were unexplained errors) and eventually blinded out.

You have no idea how tilting that is and this won't be my final word.

Or maybe they can make it so the update doesn't go into effect until the next time we open the client.

I was playing a few tournaments and the client kept "not responding" and shutting down to the point where I had to uninstall and reinstall it, which took over 45 minutes. Lost all my stacks obviously.

Stop your bitching and moaning dudes.

The new software is a clear upgrade. Or at least it will be when some of the glitches or whatevs are ironed out.

Constructive criticism: can something be done about the tile option? Unless I'm doing something wrong I can't even tile four tables on one screen.

Please send it to the Operations Department. Why don't they do anything with a clear video evidence?

Going to record a bunch of new videos for each of them.

Every time I leave the PC to get a bite to eat I leave games open that I have been watching and when I come back it says I have been logged out due to inactivity.

I wasn't even gone that long so 888 can you explain what the idea behind this ****e is please. Why is it a problem for 888 if a player is inactive for this period, can your crap software not handle the low volume of traffic 888 has at the moment?

As far as I am aware this is a new safety feature to auto close the client after 30 minutes of inactivity to stop other people accessing your computer in case you forget to close it down and is also restricts camping.

Yes you should be able to withdraw but you will lose the bonus!!
If you click on amy profile and then PERSONAL DETAILS it will show how much withdrawable cash you have and how much bonus you have.

You will need to manually make the tables smaller by dragging the edge of the tables with your cursor but the tables still overlap somewhat!

So i reply... Guess what... Still no bloody answer.

The same day I got a phone call from someone more concerned about withdrawal from donkeys ago then talking about my issue (she said she was from customer support) I then after repeating myself over an over am told she can see my reply to which she just said she didn't know and would be passed to the accounts team...

Still no reply!!!!!!!

It can't be that hard to reply and answer/reply to people's questions (that you are meant to know the answers too because there not exactly difficult questions)

Today, I got an email from 888 that they are doing a server restart on Monday. I am not to complain about the down time, I am going to complain about this not being done more often (unless it is and I was not aware).

The point is that for the past few months, client crashes are almost a daily occurrence and I am fed up.

Having a reliable client is literally the most basic & essential thing you need to do and you are failing at it.

On Monday, 18th of March, from 05:00 GMT, we will be updating our servers, which will result in players experiencing a period of downtime from our games and services. The downtime is expected to last for several hours. Sunday’s major tournaments will run as usual. Tournaments, SNG’s, and cash games will gradually stop being offered leading up to the downtime.
