Hi 888Rep

I initiated a withdrawal back in September last year. Long story short, I still haven't got the fund until today. The rep repeatedly told me they have issues with their processor. At one point I asked them to return the money to my account because it was too long and they said they can't do it. So I kept waiting. And last month they told me they got it processed. Of course I was happy but after a month I still haven't got the money. And right now the support doesn't even return my inquiry messages. This is a legitimate customer asking for a legitimate withdrawal. Is 888, a British public gaming company ,really this shady? I am just speechless. Just seems like I will never get my money.
Anyway, I hope you can help me to resolve this ASAP. This is my money and it has been 4 months! My username is dolphin_mm.
Thanks.

I have not played here in nearly a year and I have for the first time seen a picture of the new table layout that everyone seems angry about and Im not surprised. Its like 888 got themselves a time machine and went back to dark ages of poker.

One of many reasons why I left 888 in the first place was they ruined the chat facility and changed other things but this one is gonna take some explaining from 888. I have never heard anyone say anything negative about the table layout or graphics in terms of its general layout or structure and in fact It was one of 888s core advantages so please Rep could you ask your software department to own up to which of them had the intelligence breakdown this time?

I did say that I would one day deposit on 888 again if things changed regarding the issues why I left but with 888 still going backwards that day is getting further and further away and I genuinely with no sarcasm fear for 888s future because when you run a business as bad as this who needs a recession.

2 other bugs with this new awfull update:
Swap
- after completing a level the message box "Level Completed" pops up and it is impossible to close that box; so you have to leave the table and open a new one
- rebuy amount: I have to reactivite the "When my stack is lower than my buy-in amount" every time you open a new swap table (Yes … Settings / Table layout / Rebuy-Addon options are activated)

Ok, I know how to roll back the update.

I am trying to make my helper software StackAndTile compatible with the new layout, but in the meantime, here is how everyone can roll back to the old tables:

Close out 888. Then while running as administrator:

1. Press WIN+R, and type "regedit"
2. Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\pacificpoker\poker\INI T"
3. Find these three entries:

"ENABLE_QUICK_HISTORY_TABLE"
"ENABLE_QUICK_RING_TABLE"
"ENABLE_QUICK_TOUR_TABLE"

Change all the values from 1 to 0

Then re-open 888

Hopefully the 888 people don't remove these settings. Clearly there is plenty of feedback

Welcome to 888poker’s Weekly Deal, with all the best news, results and insights from the past week.

THIS WEEK: January 13, 2019

“tmurdah” Wins Sunday Mega Deep for $19,350

The $215 buy-in Sunday Mega Deep had 331 players rebuy 112 times, which meant a $100,000 prize pool was up for grabs. Among the top 45 players to get a piece of it were Bryan “DePittstterje” Paris (29th - $650), Mike “Pipedream17” Dietrich (12th - $1,500), “PulledPorker” (7th - $3,400), “torresfan03” (4th - $8,250), and “surprisefirm” (3rd - $11,000).

After 11 hours and 35 minutes, it was “tmurdah” defeating “BL1NDRAZOR” in heads up play to win one of 888poker’s most coveted titles and a $19,350 prize pool. It was almost the second win in just over a month for “BL1NDRAZOR,” who won the December 4 $33 buy-in Big Fish for $3,216.03. He had to settle for a $14,500 consolation prize for finishing runner-up in the Mega Deep.

Russia’s “77kol0bok77” is More Than Up for the Sunday Challenge

The $109 buy-in, $20K GTD Sunday Challenge saw 187 players take to the virtual felt and rebuy 66 times, which resulted in a $25,300 prize pool. Among the top 27 to get a piece of it were Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris (16th - $316.25), “Limonad19” (9th - $506), “Pepepepepe.” (5th - $1,518), and “Namlleh” (3rd - $2,972.75).

A few minutes after eight hours in the tournament, Russia’s “77kol0bok77” defeated “Eclecctic” to win the title and $5,439.50 top prize. It was his second win in just over a month after he took down the December 6 Big Fish for $3,294.

“Whoisit13” Turns $22 Into $5,269 Payday in Mini Mega Deep BONANZA

The $22 buy-in Mini Mega Deep BONANZA breezed by its $25K GTD by attracting 1,085 players who rebought 422 times, which resulted in a $30,140 prize pool. The top 144 players got paid including “Sinistrous” (40th - $96.44), “talbot49” (25th - $126.58), “Jimwa157” (8th - $602.80), and “slacker11” (5th - $1,507).

After Canada’s “Chesterman13” busted in third place for $2,863.30, the title came down to a pair of players from the UK. After 9 hours and 4 minutes, “Whoisit13” defeated “AceHighJohnT” in heads-up play to turn his $22 into a $5,269.12 payday.

Forget the Playoffs, “TomBrady17” Wins Sunday Deepstack Monsoon for $2,870

The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Sunday Deepstack Monsoon crushed its guarantee by attracting 194 players who rebought 73 times. That created a $13,350 prize pool paid out to the top 27 spots including “Kaktus26rus” (20th - $133.50), “Malygos1987” (10th - $233.62), Rob “RTinnion” Tinnion (8th - $400.50), “Sinistrous” (4th - $1,168.12), and “mieux90” (3rd - $1,568.62).

After 9 hours and 8 minutes, Canada’s “TomBrady17” defeated “konnichiwah” in heads-up play to win the title and $2,870.29 first-place prize.

“Duckface01” Weathers Monsoon to Win $2,719.79

The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Monsoon saw 199 players rebuy 54 times to create a $12,650 prize pool. Among the top 27 players to get a piece of it were “Irreligious8” (22nd - $126.50), “Fushin1” (13th - $189.75), “aligatorbt” (6th - $632.50), and “plush0292” (4th - $1,106.87).

After “Beachfarm” bowed out in third place for $1,486.37, the title came down to “Duckface01” and “GiMMiETheL0T.” After just over seven hours, the former prevailed to win the title and accompanying $2,719.79 first-place prize.

You might remember “Duckface01” had a big day back on December 16, which is when he finished runner-up in the Sunday Mega Deep for $12,180. Not only that, he also took down the $4,000 Twister for a more modest $1,400.

Swap tables: a window "Challenge Completed !" poped up. Impossible to close it without closing the table. Bad layout + bugs => why do you impose that update on your customers?

I'm transfering my money to somewhere else, you guys promote rewards but the more you seem to play on the website the less valuable you are it seems.
I made it to level 100 on a new account I started 1 month ago in 3 weeks and got the same prize. It's the way it is.

Apologizes for the delay. It appears that we do have a bug in our table message box and we are working on a fix in a high priority.

We are aware that there are some inconveniences with the new product. Our goal is to launch a new and better product, but there may be some bumps along the road, at least while we're still in beta version. We expect this bug, among others, to be resolved within a week or two. Your feedbacks are crucial for us and we really appreciate them.

In case anyone here feels he got financially damaged due to a bug in our new version, please contact our support and we will make sure to compensate.

Thanks and good luck on the tables.

Everything should work in both PT4 and HM2; the user will just need to manually set their preferred seat to the auto-center seat.

We are told they should be releasing a PT4 and HM2 update early next week which will detect the 888 version and auto centering properly so that no user configuration/changes are required.

Does 888 force you to play from the center seat now? Have you considered the possibility that some of us prefer playing from another seat?
