There were some weird disconnect issues today. From the chat at a table I saw others were having the same issue too. Dunno if its related, but for some reason my top set got folded on one table even though I didn't click anywhere near the fold button

Also, could you make the "Remove from waitlist"-button a different color than the one where you ask to be added? Its a different color when its in active when there is an available seat, so I wouldn't imagine it to be difficult to also change the color once you are on the waitlist. (I've accidentally removed myself from the list a few times, as its difficult to notice that the text is different.)

Some things never change. I think that one will never go away; they've had ample time to correct the issue.

yeah i dont think they will fix it in the near future. but as they dont sem to check their software by themselfes they will think it has been miracly fixed by itself.

and its not just some small bug, it happens more than ten times a day to me. every day

They made an attempt to fix it about 6 months ago but just created a new worse bug. Though instead of biting the bullet and fixing it right their attempt was the equivalent of duct taping a flashlight to your fender instead of just replacing the light.

Since multi-accounting has been recently mentioned, might as well come out with my story.

Ive been in a very frustrating cyclical back and forth with 888 support on this issue. A couple months ago, I noticed a player that was using mulitple accounts in my games. I waited a few weeks in order to get a list of all the screennames he was using in order give them to support. I noticed that he used 2-3 accounts at a time, and then about a week later there would be 2-3 new ones. These accounts never played with eachother, so the only advantage I could think of from doing this would be to cheat a deposit bonus or keep changing your name so other players don't notice. Personally, it only takes about 5-10 minutes of playing with one of his new accounts to determine it is that same player.

Once I was able to compile a list of accounts, I sent them to support. After waiting a few days, I got back an email, thanking me for submitting the stuff but they could tell me anything further of any investigations. At this time, of the accounts that I had initially submitted, none were playing anymore. So once I got this email from support, I submitted the new 2-3 usernames he was now using. Once again after waiting a few days and getting back an email from support, I got the same thing back and once again, the accounts I had just submitted were not playing but there was some new ones again so I submitted them again.. This has now repeated one more time, and I am now waiting for another email from support so I can once again submit another name.

It is extremely frustrating to be doing all this work to clean up the games I play in, but 888 seems to not care. These accounts have to have a way of getting money into, and out of these accounts. Since its so many accounts, if this guy was actually sending in details to confirm his identity, he'd be using his 2nd cousins utility bills by now. The only thing I can think of is that they are using another account to send money back and forth, and that account is doing the cashouts.

I will add that I have suspected these accounts of being bots at times, but there are particular occurrences where I know 100% a real person is playing. I don't know if the bot is only on some of the time, or there is no bot at all, which is why I have not made any bot accusations regarding these accounts.
