Some might think I made a mistake with the bank details or documents, but that’s impossible. I went to the bank to make sure everything was correct on the statement, checked it about 20 times before sending, and reviewed it again afterward. So, if it wasn’t my mistake or the bank’s, it has to be on 888’s end. Either someone didn’t do their job properly, or I’ll never see that money.

I’m writing here because I’m having a serious issue with a withdrawal of $2,245 that I requested on August 24th. It’s been almost a month now, and I still haven’t received the funds in my bank account, nor have they been returned to my 888poker account.
I’ve already reached out to support multiple times via live chat, email, and even messaged the 888poker ambassadors on Instagram. Every time, I’m told that my case is being prioritized and that I will be contacted by email, but so far, nothing has been done.
I’ve contacted my bank, and everything is fine on their end. I also have a statement from my bank manager confirming that the money was never received. I’ve been asking for a simple proof of payment from 888, but I haven’t gotten any response regarding this.
I just want to resolve this issue. I have no intention of committing fraud or causing trouble; I really haven’t received the money, and this is very important to me. The delay is causing me a lot of stress, and I feel like my case is being overlooked.
Please, 888, can someone take a closer look at my situation and help me get this resolved?
