P2P Transfers by definition with regulator are used for staking, so why not make the staking a system a bit more intuitive, informative, inclusive. I like. You're right though, as a site with some basic Table UI missing and no Omaha, it's a little bit out for us. We are however building on the P2P functionality with smarter product for agents and affiliates, so staking could evolve from this effort already in flight.

Ah I see. Guess you're right. We didn't cut the market rate in half when beating it, but by being equal or lower than the market, AND giving rakeback on top, we achieve the same thing. Furthermore I think Stars are monthly, GG is weekly, but we are daily.

There is a number of business, reward/marketing, promotional and accounting reasons to not just have lower Turnover and Revenues.

As mentioned though, we go with rake-free if it's heads-up and we also have a no-flop, no-drop policy of not raking pre-flop action.

Lastly, we changed our model so it's not just 5% (cash) or 10% tourneys... In fact it's often much lower and only really caps with significant action.

We only have one limit set that is charging 5% rake... $2.50/$5 NL

Thanks for the reply Heytch yeah after so many years 15 I believe at this point with the main options out there what they are Pokerstars overall(despite the meh/slow support) are still the best option with the lowest rake and well a trusted 15 past history kinda hard to beat. With that said really looking forward to see how the old Pokerstars supports team does with 4poker and how you guys develops the place. You guys will get all them little things sorted out quite quickly I'm sure. You guys were/are the gold standard for support. Yeah realized the staking wasn't close and quite a ways off just feel strongly over having/needing it as for me it's one of the biggest draws the site has to wanna play have money on there. I think it's likely very underestimated how many players/people like enjoy staking others in MTT's. Specially if I didn't have time to play the Tourney myself at the time. I was actually the short time I was on GG did better at staking others in MTT's then I did playing myself lol. Wish GG didn't have such insane rake and wasn't quite as scummy. I simply don't trust them so don't play......still that staking they have is a big draw too me though.

Another thing I always enjoyed about Pokerstars is the SnG's 27, 45, 90 and 180 player both turbo and non-turbo offerings.

No issue with the no HUD rule even though I use one for Pokerstars now for many years I never used any so no biggie for me. I do have a question regarding HUDs as I play at Pokerstars and use a HUD when I do. Will players be capable of playing at 4poker and say another site like Pokerstars and use a HUD at the one site that allows HUDS while not using the HUD at 4poker? The HUD would still have to run but as long as it wouldn't ever be connected to the client/tables and collecting data.

Or would you recommend either not playing on both sites at the same time or just not running the HUD at all if I have to play both at both sites at the same time. Asking cause I don't wanna end up with any issues in this regard or have ever have trouble if/when cashing out.

These types of sngs u described are only running well with a large player pool. No way a 180 man will run regularly on a new site. U need to understand that player pools on new, more or less unknown sites are very small in the beginning.

And as far as i know gg rakes less for mtts than stars so im not sure what "insane" rake u are talking about when reffering to mtts on GG.

Well obviously. Kinda figured I wouldn't need to explain that and that it was more of a long term idea. As Pokerstars got rid of most their SnG's of that nature. I for one miss them and would like any site I play at in the future to have them offered when it makes sense for the site of course.

Short review after my first experience playing. Really enjoyable despite the limited card/table design options. Found the animations pretty smooth was some lag with awarding the chips to the winner but I'm sure all this will get smoothed and sorted out in short order as improvements as made/added. Good looking and simple interface reminds my a lot of Pokerstars and UB in this way. The site overall is much better then my game was today 14th and 13th place respectfully. In my defense was pretty card dead and missed my short stack shoves.

Good site and very good start just need some traffic and some improvements which most have already been mentioned here or else where so you guys are aware of so don't need repeating.

Sit & Go was where I played most of my poker back in Pre-SuperNova days before working for PokerStars. I tend to agree though they require a lot of liquidity, and even with that, I think the game has evolved such that people prefer to play a 3-handed winner take all with jackpot, or MTT. Not much in between.

I can see SNG making a comeback when we can get our long term loyalty and VIP Programme right and people want more “tournament” hands.

More 2024 than this year. Goal this year is to develop the offering, keep building and growing.

Really sorry to hear that and will report into our poker ops team! Same day response should be worst-case on the forum… has been a bit mad for everyone in our small team, getting ready for May.

Regarding Daily’s - it’s ever changing as we learn from and respond to what is happening to our events while our schedule is new and liquidity is building.

One of the big factors is awaiting next release to get some filters into our lobby so people can better manage what they want to see. Hard for all of satellite, low, medium and super high roller to coexist at the moment, but that will be fixed soon.

One of our other goals for May is that we really want to try and get as many of our lower stake now regulars as possible into one of the big events in May. With our May Sunday majors beyond bullish and generous, we think we can form a really good field size where everyone who joined in April can get a fair crack at an entry!

If the much smaller daily GTD events prove popular of course we will consider returning them through the month once we have filters so those who wish to focus on the bigger events, still can clearly and easily.

Look out for the 44 to be added to the Main Event & High Roller soon too, as that should be a decent overlay opportunity if not just overall good value.
