I had an issue yesterday on ACR I've never had on any other site , tried to get a hold of support but cant seem to get a response. When rebuying onto a table it took the amount from my site balance , showed the message in chat of the amount being added. But did not add it to the table, it just disappeared , Don't really know what to do as its a decent amount of money to just let it go.

It's slow, but email them. Go to financial history and look for transactions with year 00 in it. Screenshot that and send to support. That is usually the money that gets hung up. Same goes if you leave a table and credit doesn't come back.

How does the "cancel" button on withdrawals not work? My account (BCP-YouWontCall) got hacked, I go in to cancel the withdraw and it doesn't let me? With no live chat or phone support, I'm just hoping that their support sees my email in time? Seems completely absurd. Have to sweat this one out now and hope they get in there and cancel it for me.

they don't process withdrawals on weekends, you can't cancel em either

My WPN (true poker) account got hacked at start of 2019, support was completely not helpful both in email and the phone. GL, hope you have better luck than I did ...

You need to do more than cancel it. You need to contact them and get your account secured so it doesn't happen again.

does anyone know if this is true for the $95 snc tickets? i remember awhile ago during maybe a software update they were all converted to TB, but i wasnt sure if that was on purpose or what?

I think that's a weekly game. It probably never concerts then. Only ones I've had convert were specific ones no longer running. Like some venom tickets, step sats, etc....

One of my favorite things about playing mtts at ACR is playing the small blind and about to get dealt your button and they move you tables and you’re under the gun lol. Pretty amazing the amount of times this happens to me on the bubble

I have now allowed my rakeback balance to accumulate for about a week....and I am hoping to let it just keep sitting there building slowly over time until it is at an amount I consider its own bankroll, so to speak.

Now, before I continue this process, can anyone confirm that there is no time limit on redeeming rakeback? I have finally been having some success on the site and have ultimately started to come around on the site's vision and software.

But man, if there is one site I have my doubts about in terms of a question like this, where suddenly they might just say sorry took too long to redeem, you lose your RB, it's ACR.

Surely they would at least just auto-redeem it for you at some point at worst, but is that at least what's up? Can anyone shed light on this? I realize it is a bit paranoid but in my opinion if you can rely on safely accumulating rakeback with no time limitations or rush, it's a huge advantage mentally as you are grinding and moving up and cashing out. Something like a little savings account.

Edit: The reason I ask beyond just ACR randomness is I feel like they used to just auto-redeem it weekly if you had any sitting in there, and that seems to have stopped, no? (also asking because there is no live support presence for the site whatsoever, obv)

It used to be the beast payment got credited right at the start of the new week @ 12 am on Saturday.

They changed it to 'by end of day Monday'.

Except, Mon has come and gone, and no Beast.

I had sit n crush in my account when I got home from work Saturday night last weekend. They say that would be paid by Monday but it is always early Not sure why beast would be delayed, but contact support.

ACR has improved quite a lot from the time I left 7 months back. For the past year and a half before that, there were issues that were so not acceptable and you wonder how they are letting these happen. Now it seems they ironed out a lot of those. There might be a few other important issues that they need to still fix. But for now, at least they resolved some of the deal breakers. I'm just so happy that they did.

does anyone else have the issue when you have 8 tables up the card and chip animations stop working? works fine with 7 then the 8th it stops and the cards just appear instead of being dealt out - not a big deal just weird
