Was just coming here to post how they stole $125 the last 2 nights on the live roulette table. Usually I wouldn’t use the word steal but that’s exactly what happened here.
The last two nights I was playing on the live roulette mobile, around 2am both nights, and randomly right after the spin, before the bets even open, the page changes to a page that said something along the lines of “reload game” and when I click reload it takes me back to the page with the live table but it flashes ‘not enough funds’ and shows my balance is $0. When I go back the lobby it shows my balance missing money. When I try to go back to the table, it won’t load.
The first night my balance was $497 when this occurred and when I went back to the lobby it was $422, the next night my balance was $1120 when this occurred and when it took me back to the lobby my balance was $970. Now I’m not a sore loser in any way, nor do I gamble under the influence and normally I wouldn’t even be upset cause my bets are always more than $75 and $50. (Generally I never bet less than $200 in a single spin unless my balance is less than that.) But the way customer service handled this is completely ridiculous.
These were their responses:
Hi xxxxxxxx,
We hope this email finds you well, it is a pleasure to assist you.
If you’re leaving the tables at our online casino, make sure you click the Leave Game button instead of the X on the game window.
It’s the best way to make sure your chips follow you instantly while we work on a software update to address the “stuck chips” issue.

Dear xxxxx,
We hope this email finds you well, it is a pleasure for us to assist you.
We received the response from our casino department:
"We reviewed the player’s account, and we believe he was referring to the time when he had $497.50 in his live dealer balance and that’s around 23:35 10/11/2020 GMT -6, after a minute ot two he went to the Roulette table and placed $75 in #R40553649 but unfortunately, he lost his bets. We can confirm that the player lost his $75 fairly in Roulette Game #R40553649 as no Technical Issues nor Human Misdeals were reported, you’ll see that after losing $75 his balance went down $422.50."
I replied with:
Well it just did it again. After my last losing roulette bet I had $1120.50 in my roll and then the reload game screen came up and then when it reloaded it said $0 not enough funds and took me back to the lobby and I had $970 in my roll, so that’s another $50.
And:
No false, not true whatsoever. I don’t even bet $75 ever. I never had time to place the bet. As soon as the ball dropped and it showed the winning number the screen auto reloaded and says reload game. Same exact thing happened tonight and when it refreshes it takes you back to the table and your balance says $0. And when you go back to the main lobby your money is missing. Happened last night when I had $497 and then went back to lobby and it said $422 and tonight when I had $1020 and then it said $970. You can tell based on my previous bets it would make no sense for me to bet $75 or $50 either of those times. And if you can tell me I placed those bets, then tell me what they were placed on cause that’s not true at all. I lose a whole lot of money gambling on this site and I have no problem taking a loss but please don’t tell me I placed bets I’m 1000% positive I didn’t make.
To which they replied:
Dear xxxxx,
We hope this email finds you well, it is a pleasure for us to assist you.
Regarding the first case, the information was already given and it is clear that the bet was placed and lost for $75, no more details need to be provided on that case.
We received the response from our casino department on the second case:
"We have reviewed the player’s account and found no technical issues in any of his games nor problems with the payouts. As you can see in the details below the player had activity in two games (R40567343 and R40567353) and unfortunately lost both of them leaving a total of $970.50 available in his balance, which he withdrew from the Live dealer account at 00:01 (GMT-6)."
That being said, no funds are missing or owed.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!
Kind Regards,

I’ve supported ACR for a long long time when many others have **** on them and like I said, normally I would just take it on the chin and attribute it to the risks of gambling online, especially because $125 isn’t that much money, but it’s the principle and I really don’t like being lied to and this is a just such a completely ridiculous response. They can tell me I lost $75 and $50. Two amounts I never bet. Ever. But can’t tell me what these bets were....
Just be careful guys. I would avoid the live tables at least on mobile.
