I think is is possible I made a mistake but honestly I highly doubt it. I only had $300 in that site, so $90 missing is pretty noticeable. At this point I will only play the remaining amount I have in there and will not deposit again, especially since they basically ignored my questions on the second email. This kind of issue has happened to me a few times but with cash games, and not tournaments, so I don't know if this description I give will show the same if people played any tournaments and had this happen, but have you checked the financial history page on the software itself? It should show you a full list of what your bankroll was and where it went ect. For cash games, what happens is it starts to track the data wrong and clearly at the end for a particular session it ends up being off by a good bit and the bankroll tracking and ins/outs are clearly visible. If you were just playing 1-3 tables this should be easy to spot as it happens when the money is being taken off a table, if the error happens in the same fashion.
It should be showing it subtracted from your balance when you put it on the table initially, taken out from the game/table when you leave, but never added back in correctly. If you played a game or hand after that session, you should also see the balance showing the error as well, as the balance will show 90 dollars less even though it showed it going in and back out where it should be no change in balance.
You can screenshot that, and try support, sometimes you may have to go through multiple people even with the SS, even if they say the issue is closed. If it doesn't show the incorrect balance, I am not sure sorry
