This kind of issue has happened to me a few times but with cash games, and not tournaments, so I don't know if this description I give will show the same if people played any tournaments and had this happen, but have you checked the financial history page on the software itself? It should show you a full list of what your bankroll was and where it went ect. For cash games, what happens is it starts to track the data wrong and clearly at the end for a particular session it ends up being off by a good bit and the bankroll tracking and ins/outs are clearly visible. If you were just playing 1-3 tables this should be easy to spot as it happens when the money is being taken off a table, if the error happens in the same fashion.

It should be showing it subtracted from your balance when you put it on the table initially, taken out from the game/table when you leave, but never added back in correctly. If you played a game or hand after that session, you should also see the balance showing the error as well, as the balance will show 90 dollars less even though it showed it going in and back out where it should be no change in balance.

You can screenshot that, and try support, sometimes you may have to go through multiple people even with the SS, even if they say the issue is closed. If it doesn't show the incorrect balance, I am not sure sorry

ACR didn't charge me twice, but, they did cash advance the $100 I deposited instead of just charging my card. Cost me $10. Weird there was a duplicate charge on my statement at first...

Go to your financial history tab on the client. If you are any games with the date stamp with the year of 0000, that is stuck money.

Take a screenshot of those game, even highlight the area, then send a PM to "ACR Rep". You're wasting tour time dealing with CS via email support. Moat of the are just taterheads

If you have no timestamp with 0000 you are going to have a tough time. If you use a HUD, look for hands missing from the HH on the client.

yea ive emailed them about the sngs i was in with exact tourney id's the day after this happened, have tweeted them a few times, no response at all. Times like this is when we winning_td is really missed, could just PM him and he would help things get taken care of.
