If I won a satellite where the prize was a "$600 entry into MMOPKO Event 339" this sunday can I use it for any $600 MMOPKO tourney. There are two other $600 MMOPKO tourneys "announced" but my ticket doesn't show up on the lobby screen next to it, only the one for tomorrow (also on ticket manager the only upcoming tourney listed is tomorrow's). Maybe that is b/c they are just announced and not registering yet?

Go to the lobby of another game and click register. If the ticket is not an option, then you have your answer.

Many times the sattys are for specific games. As far as the PKO series goes, it has been cancelled as of close of tomorrow. Only the 7 figure GTDs will remain, all others are cancelled.

Usually, if you have tickets left over the convert to cash or TB.

Thank you. The problem is that the only $600 MPKO in "register" status is tomorrow. The other two are just "announced" so I cannot register for them. I think I am ok b/c on the ticket I noticed it says "#XX -$1,000,000 Guaranteed $600 + $30". I would just hate a $630 ticket to go to waste.

I'd say you are fine, but if I am wrong you are then screwed. Go to live chat, ask random nonsense and it will eventually let you send a message to support directly, vs straight emailing them. They seem to respond quicker that way.

Ask them outright if the ticket you have can be used for future events, not sure if you are around tomorrow due to family obligation or something. I know the rest of the Milly and Venom will play, so if there are any 600+30 entries it should be good. Again, get it from them in writing.

+1. I've been told things by support at one point were denied later. Having proof got me $95 in tourney bucks instead of a worthless token.

Previous venom I asked what would happen with cyclone tickets after the venom was over; they didn't answer until it was over but they gave cash for those tickets. I'd imagine they'd do it the same again, but get it in writing as the man said

When you pull up the tournament ticket page they usually have an expiration date. If you look all the way to the right it should have a date, if it doesn't I would assume it is specifically for that tournament.

No reps here. Sadly, you will have to deal with them. Ask them to move deposit over or combine accounts and you can play.

I have 2 emails that I use.. ONLY 2.. The one I am emailing them from is where they are telling me about the duplicate accounts... the other one.. I tried to reset password, and it's telling me, "invalid email" So, I just emailed them back telling them that.. and with your suggestion, emailed them asking them to combine the accounts... we will see if they go with that...

is ACR acting up for anyone else? i was in the middle of a game and got disconnected. Then couldn't reconnect for around 10 minutes. Finally reconnected then got disconnected again like 3 minutes later.

Hi! I was surprised to find that wpn doesn't have a game for nl25 blitz. Nl10 and nl50 are constantly running. I have repeatedly tried to open 5 blitz tables and sometimes even managed to start the game for several hands. If you play nl10 and would like to play higher, please do not be lazy to open a couple of blitz tables and sit waiting.
I also have an asking to those who play nl50. Could you participate in getting the game started on blitz 25? Of course, if you have the opportunity.

How common is it for withdrawal checks from ACR to be returned? I desposited one with my bank on Sept 8 and my bank rejected it on Oct 4. Anyone else have this happen recently?

It is common for banks to have this issue with foreign checks.

There is a withdrawal thread where you may get better answers but I haven't heard anyone mention cashing out by check in ages. Bovada used to send me checks from Canada that were a hassle to cash and it was a ***** finding a check cashing store willing to cash it. I know ACR is based out of Costa Rica so I'm guessing their checks are from there.
I know a few years back I was depositing via money gram and it was a pain. Every time I asked support for help they gave me the "why aren't you using bitcoin" response.
Bitcoin is much easier and you won't have the hassle of foreign banking messing with your funds

Is the PKO series over? I see only one PKO tournament today ($200+15 for 20k gtd). Was hoping to get a nice grind in this afternoon.

They cancelled the series because they can't pay the prizes. All games are getting decreases in GTD or removed entirely. You're either a $1 player or a $1k player, everything in between is removed or worthless. IDK who is making the decisions nowadays, but they don't have a brain. Apparently they don't use their data or they don't mine it to see what games are being played. They won't listen to their player base, they don't care.

My guess is the ship is sinking and every loss from here will be a tax write off after a bankruptcy filing

Edit: This was so tilting, i forgot why i was here to rant. Is there a reason they cannot put the next days schedule up correctly? Why does it get changed everyday at 4am on the whims of whoever is behind the curtain? It is so frustrating to think the games are going to be there and then wake up to find half of them moved or removed or changed. Whos the bipolar dude in charge of it? Yeah, they announced it in Friday. No where near the amount of interest they hoped for, too many overlays. The milly and Venom will still go on, not sure how the Venom can fill up if the Milly last weekend did not.

Ah, that's too bad! Hopefully they can find a neutral middle ground somewhere. (I assume the PKO's were also hard for them because people don't want to late reg as much and they seem to rely a lot on late registration/rebuys)

And Maybe_memories, I certainly hope that is not the direction they are going in, because $1k is too much for me to play frequently and $1 is a waste of time.
