I would try to copy the whole user/appdata/local/cpn/ folder to the new user, not just the "player" folder. Most of the configuration and personalization is saved there.

thanks, i'll try that. ive got another problem though, since ive started taking notes on players. is there a way to merge the two sets of notes together with the method you've described?

Has anyone had their Intertops account permanently closed upon registration?

The answer I get from support is:

We have to inform that your account got closed as you did not pass the security filters. Please note that we cannot provide further information. However, you will not be able to hold an account with us.

Upon registration of each account with the casino, a security check is conducted. After a review of your account was completed by our security team, they have advised some concerns were raised. As such our security team has advised your account was closed as we would not be able to host you as a client at this time.
I'm honestly not too bothered, it's mildly annoying to be refused service like this for no apparent reason, but not a huge deal as it's a pretty low traffic site from what I've seen. Wondering though if anyone has experienced the same and might know why my account (newly registered, never deposited/played) was closed.
