Our technical has implemented a hot fix for this issue, and we are currently testing with various currencies. It's live already and it looks like the correct amounts are now being credited. We will keep on testing and I should have more information about this tomorrow.

when it says 445 players online on the poker client. does it mean 445 playing poker or poker+casino+sportsbook?

It means that 445 people are connected to the poker client. People who are using our casino red/classic or our Sportsbook are not included.

anybody had instances when a sng table did not load up on the client?

so you guys were skimming players out of money, get caught, and instantly have a "fix" for the problem.....pretty scummy guys

There is a huge bots problem now. There is a bunch of bots with Italy as a location infesting the games. Unless you assume that there is a bunch of italian regs that just love to play between 2am-6am their time.
They are the same bots that used to infest the infamous dollaro network. Not to mention the multiaccounting issue so new aggro italian "reg" join the pool plays for 2-3 days max and suddenly another reg like that appear with simmilar playing style but different nickname so your stats in HUd never converge so you could adjust properly.
I am talking about highest stakes that run regulary so nl50-nl100.

There is definitelly something fishy going on. If the network doesn't do something about it I will have to quit.

Are you implying that Intertops did this on purpose? Or that it would be rocket science to find the reason for the currency exchange issue and fix it rather quickly?

Just saw Bitcoin is now an available withdrawal option in my cashier. Has anyone used this method yet at Intertops?

My only concern, is with their standard 48 hrs to begin processing a cashout request. That could allow for some real fluctuation in the bitcoin price from request time to actual processing.

Either way, I'm happy to see this option now available. Nice work Intertops!

Nope the problem is still going on. Does anyone seriously believe that there is a buch of Italian grinders playing insanely long session mostly at night almost every day with no table selection (6 regs playing at the table and they keep going). Not to mention that either they all play or none of them.

I don't see bitcoin as a withdrawl option anywhere,neither poker client nor on their website.

I have a Straight Flush and the Client crashes(I got timed out) network Wide... What in the world Intertops..Can you fix these issues!!

This is the worse thing about the network, I have been moaning about this for years and nothing has been done all will ever be done ! All Italian sites players are able to change the nickname daily with no problems. But for the rest off the sites on the network is forbidden . Before Juicy stakes/ intertops took over the network the owner off the network ( Nick Melios ) aloud the Italians do whatever they want as back then without the Italian sites the network would have folded. Hopefully things can change for the best !

For what is worth it was Lock that destroyed 2 networks before going down. Then Wincake basically went bankrupt not paying players for 2+ years. From what I read the deal is optional so you can say no and your money will be back in your wincake account. It is just that at this point it is basically worth 0 and the deal is worth something.

So I agree that the situation of wincake players it terrible but at the same time I preffer the network to be owned by people that pay instead of people that run defunct shaddy site (wincake). So from my perspective it is a good sign.

One would likely be playing at euroclubpoker if that was the name if not accepting the deal. The uk players may not be able to pkay at this time. The deal is low value if u have a rakeback and races, bonus and if u want to improve ur game, risk losing, or just hope cakes pay out sonething some decade, u can easily not accept. It can take years to grind ur 55 at juicy, that is an extra pain to add. But it all depends. Accepting the deal is up to losing all your wincake money. You wont keep your winning if not paid, but you can always be a regular player at juicy or inter, additionaly to using your free real money at cakes, except if they are a different network in case maybe too little action, depending, if even the same software.

BUt I never said that I think that the deal people got is good or whatever. I just said that network changing the owner is good. Everyone feel safer now when the network is no longer owned by cake guys who didn't pay people for years. I understand people getting upset especially given that when intertops bought US part of cake (renamed to juicy) they honored player balances.
So by no means I am defending them.
Just maybe the network have have a chance of survival with new owner.

Any update on this? I really want to grind out Intertops but the turbos are just horrid structure wise. Please add a 10K starting stack to the $25 1KGTD Turbo is the blind levels are going to stay the same.
