Hello 2p2. I'm looking to get into the coaching space. I currently have two students I do CFP with privately. I do not plan on extending the CFP roster currently but am aiming to build some sort of reputation with coaching and having my own thread here before opening my CFP group publicly.


How are your results?

Over an admittedly medium sample for a pro, I won nearly 9bb/100 at 500plo through 2kplo on US-based tracked sites in 2021.
The following volume was distributed roughly 70% Ignition and 30% BetOnline.
I also played quite a bit of untracked on Global Poker and CoinPoker during this year with good results. I won approximately $170k in 2021 as it was my breakout year getting CFP'd by a very strong player.



What are the "FREE goodies" ?

1) Anyone who can confidently say they would be willing to purchase some time, I would be more than happy to do some free work with you and get to know you as a player/talk miscelanously about what you believe you're good at/want to know more about/etc. I genuinely love teaching this game and always fun to meet other players.

2) After purchase of at least a few hours, I will happily respond to the occasional hh or few for quite a while. HH's always can test my own ideas or even give me inspiration of something to look into. You never stop running out of things to work on/learn.

3) For bulk, I will do:

10 hours for $750 (75/hr)
20 hours for $1300 (65/hr)

4) I will be more than happy to keep in touch after the fact, I can assure you I'm not in this purely for money or I would be charging more. For now, I like keeping my rates lower to gather some vouches.

I am okay with half beforehand, half after and am more than happy to do increments of as little as an hour at a time given I have no vouches/history here in this regard yet.

For sure, right now I'm focused on my very small team and plan on opening a more public CFP later. For now, I'm going to experiment with this and down the line definitely try to scale up my CFP group should they continue to do well! Thanks for the idea.

Hello, I'm a former member of Spork CFP and wanted to chime in for anyone thinking about hiring him.

I randomly stumbled upon him in October 2021 on these forums, added him on Discord and asked him if he had any tips for me as I wanted to transition to online when university started again with in person classes (after I had been playing live underground games for ~1.5 years with good results).

He gave me everything I needed to succeed - we only had around 10 sessions but he basically turned me from a live fishreg into an online pro.
What you can expect from the sessions:

- going over various spots and him spotting your leaks in them, equipping you with heuristics of what to think about in them as well as how to play different parts of your range to maximize EV

- access to amazing learning software, not sure how he's doing it now and how much he wants to share but a year ago he had a remote server set up for his students where he had a library of sims (both pre- and postflop) and a custom made app for training + subscriptions to other PLO software, he also taught me how to use it properly so I could use the best features of each and really get the best of all worlds

- access to his Discord group: this is probably more of a CFP thing but bouncing ideas, sharing findings between other highly motivated grinders, ability to set up group study sessions and being part of a group of people will similar goals and even just talking was very valuable to me

- access to him privately: for example sending him hand histories while you're playing to get instant feedback, you get top-tier theoretical and exploitative advice he accumulated over years of playing professionally AND he gives great (poker and otherwise) life advice to what is important and what isn't, how you should approach it etc., he really has amazing insight on how to make it and is just a great and fun dude

If anyone is in a similar spot as I was (trying to make it as an online PLO pro) I really can't recommend him enough. I had been trying to learn PLO for my live games from all kinds of sources I could find prior to meeting him - had some training site subscriptions, watched pretty much all of the PLO streamers on Twitch and Youtube and honestly nothing public comes close to his level of understanding and teaching. I'm not just speaking out of my ass here, after departing with him I had close to a 100k year while doing my uni degree after depositing ~500 on Stars and rapidly moving through stakes starting from PLO25 and now mainly playing 200-500 across a few sites with shots up to 5k. Not saying this is expexted for everyone - I did huge amounts of studying myself during and after our CFP - but if you are willing to put in at least some work with his guiding I can assure you the investment will pay for itself many times over (he turned a friend who never played poker into a winning player very quickly, not sure how he's doing now but it shows how far having a good coach in a game where pretty much everyone is clicking buttons goes), the games are alive and well and poker is nice like that: the more work you put in, the more you get back and really sky is the limit.

Been getting a lot of hits lately, have a lot of work to do on my own, with my CFP students, and my existing hourly fellas! Unfortunately, given what I'm playing and the work I'm doing, I do have to bump this to $175/hr with $150/hr for 5hrs and $125/hr for 10+

I also am building a community discord where myself and other players would be more than happy to respond to hhs/questions and in April I plan on studying with open house that anyone can join in on cranking out some common flop node reps.

Holy ****, the RTA cheater now doing a CFP. This is so ridiculously bizarre and funny.

You know what I remember about you the most, it wasn’t just that you were an RTA cheater who only came forward once you got 14k in make-up and didn’t want to pay your (also human scum) coach back, but was that you would FREAK OUT in the chat. You’d go off the rails at people if your bluffs wouldn’t get through or criticize people in general (while being an RTA cheater) lol.

Have you got some threads about this?

Welp, seems like the RTA cheaters luck ran out. Spork was attempting to hold the 2k tables and play all comers….then he dropped to 1k….then 500 6max……….now the great spork is min buying 200.
