I barely speak a word of german though so there's that.
Looking at training sites at first should probably be the play if you're not accustomed to basic tournament strategy yet. Pokercode might have some german content? There is also a guy called Q Poker I think that streams poker tournaments on twitch in german so that's a good free resource aswell.
