Been coached by Paul for about 8 months now. This is the best poker investment I take.
Regardless if you are a loosing, breakeven or winning players, he will found things to work on.
First thing he do is analyse my stats on PT4. We spend more then 2 hours (he also spend time on its own before because he was more then ready to discuss about my overall stats).
At first it was a slap in the face because I was perceive myself has a massive winner (and I still does ) that only needed to work on a few things.
After the first session I obviously a lot of things to work on. My RFI was too low all position so he was able to show me where to look at RFI charts.
Session after session we worked on more advanced stuffs and he turned my leak into my strength.
He also run a small discord channel for his students and its interesting to see his pov of hands from others.

Just had my first 2 (out of ten) hour sessions with Paul.
Paul is very good at explaining everything very clearly. He makes sure that you understand everything that he is saying and is happy to answer any questions at any point. Currently i am a break even poker player and Paul was able to identify the leaks in my game which will help me in becoming a winning player. The steps i need to take where explained well and I was given the reasons why I should take them.

I was very happy with the service i was given. I dont think i could of asked for anything more.

Paul is a great poker coach. In the last 9 months, he has turned me from a losing player into a winning one.

He is insanely good value for money, going the extra mile to support you not just during coaching sessions but also outside of them too.

He is honest and will always challenge constructively to "tell you how it is". This is exactly what you need from a poker coach - objective hard truth, particularly when identifying leaks. The insights he provides are always backed up by data, and he generally explains tricky concepts very very well. His knowledge of how the population plays at low-mid stakes is also very good.

He is also a master of poker software, including Poker solvers (gto wiz + deepsolver), poker tracking databases and much more. Understanding all of these tools can be a bit daunting at first but having Paul explain it all will open new avenues for you to improve your game.

We looked at my stats in PT4 and discussed my biggest leaks , which he found very easily . Paul has a great understanding of PT4 . Next session we'll do a tourney review . Just had my first coaching session with Paul earlier this afternoon. It was the absolute best money that I ever spent in poker - and I'm considering my Run It Once subscription, my GTO Wizard subscription, and other investments that I have made in my poker game up to this point. One of the most important aspects of any coach for any sport/poker is that the coach is relatable, and Paul has this in spades. It felt like I was talking to a friend over a cup of coffee, except that friend knows way more about poker than I do, and he can explain it in a way that doesn't make my head spin.

While I had some preconceived notions about my play, Paul had a unique way of taking what I already knew and turning it into a 2+ hour training session that broke down my game to the most fundamental level so that it could be built back up for a higher quality of play going forward. For me, it's not about whether I am immediately a better player or not because I am the one who actually has to put in the time and effort. I want to be able to understand why the mistakes I'm making are causing me to be a losing player, and Paul was able to intelligently identify how my mistakes were making me struggle. We were discussing how we were both very literal people and how important the "why" behind the game of poker is. Paul has a unique ability to explain this "why" instead of just saying "this is how you need to be playing."

What I appreciated most about Paul is that he does a lot of prep work on who you are as a player before you even get into the coaching session. For instance, this session was focused on a database review, and immediately upon jumping into the session, Paul already had a page of notes ready to go for me before we even started talking. This level of preparation was awesome to see, as it allowed our session to be more about my style of play rather than notetaking filler.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the coaching that I received from Paul. I would encourage everyone to partake in a database review with him, as he is very adept at deep-diving into your database to find leaks where you didn't even realize there could be leaks. He receives my highest recommendation, and I can't sing his praises enough. We are already talking about buying a bulk package of sessions so that I can continue to work on getting better at the game!

I just had my 1st DB review with Paul the other day, and i have only positive things to say. We went through the big picture, and went through all the points he spotted on his work prior to the session itself.
