I contacted Paul a few months ago regarding coaching for cash game poker. Due to other commitments I was unable to have my first session until April. Paul was understanding and still exchanged discord details. I had been sending hand histories and having long discussions with Paul regardless of having any coaching sessions. Paul mentioned in our first conversation that he likes to think of his students as long term students and someone they can turn to for honest poker discussion, and this definitely felt like the case straight from the off. Had my first session this week and I had sent across my PT4 database ahead of the session and Paul discussed areas to improve on whilst showing my stats to back up his reasons for improvements. The session over ran but Paul wanted to finish off discussing the points he noted down. I am very happy with Paul's coaching so far and will definitely be keeping him for the long term. He made me feel comfortable straight from the off and I'm very impressed with how much time he has for poker discussions despite coaching multiple students and grinding.

Wouldn't be here without Paul! Easiest vouch ever, thanks for showing me the ropes throughout the years!

i always buy pieces of paul's packages whenever he sells for high rollers because i'm very convinced he's a good player and his results in those tournies have been very good as well

but most importantly, he's been amazing to deal with, super stress free, no concerns about getting scammed, in fact we regularly just kind of hold tabs and or he ships an event then i'll just have him hold onto a big portion of the profits for another tourney series happening in a month or so etc etc whereas with most people i'd want that money back immediately and then send new funds a month later when needed

also, his hand histories he sends all look solid, there's no "wtf is this?" reaction that can sometimes happen when own a piece of someone and you see the hands they bust on and you irrationally seek faults in the play

never worked with him as a coach but if his coaching is anything like his skill level and if his demeanor as a coach is anything like his demeanor in interacting with me then i imagine he'd be a great coach to consider working with

First coaching experience and Paul made it very easy. We went through my hand history thoroughly and got a lot of help the first session. The stats can tell a story about your play that Paul is adept at reading and explaining. Some of the things he gleaned from my stats were spot on and of course other were surprising. Anxious to put these thoughts into play.

Just had first session with @paul12907 and have to say suitably impressed

We discussed my stats though my HUD and where potential leaks are what I need to look at doing to reduce them including changes to some of my RFI's

What I particularly like was ( not that the price per hour is extremely reasonable for the level of tutoring ) but that it nothing has felt too much trouble to answer even after the session very quickly responded to my reclarifying something we discussed. Good communication to me is everything

Ive spent a fair amount of time studying from videos / books etc but think the next step is actually having someone identify what you potentially cant see yourself which I have already got a few tweeks and changes to make that just watching youtube probably wouldn't have identified . That's paid for the session in itself
