I'm currently in the process of beginning private poker coaching / mentoring. I have been a coach for stables in the past and am looking to start more private work.

I've began coaching for 2 stables in the last 3 years, and I am charging much lower rates than most people with my background, as it's not so much a money making venture for me, as more of an opportunity to network a little bit, and help keep my own game fresh, so I'm currently charging at $40 an hour [Prices negotiable depending on things like bulk buy].

I had a few sessions with Paul when I was grinding a lot of online tournaments.
He pointed out a few key mistakes in my game and my win rate (bb/100) quickly improved after that.

He's a friendly and correct guy, very helpful and a top value coach for a great price!

Paul has been my private coach for around 6 months now. Since then my game has improved significantly and I have a much deeper understandings of the fundamentals of poker. Each session is specifically catered to my needs, and these can be either specific spots I identify myself, or leaks that Paul is able to identify through my data. We then go into great depth discussing spots, and then review hands in future sessions.

With access to solvers and equity calculators, running through hand histories can be extemely useful as we are able to plug hands in and see results. Using solvers was something I had never done before working with Paul and I have benefitted massively since using them.

Whilst getting a better understanding of the GTO strategy, Paul is also very good at explaining how to use a base GTO understanding to exploit opponents.

Attached is my results before coaching and after. As you can see I have had nearly as much profit in 1/3rd of the games played, and all this whilst moving up stakes. As well as this I am in profit for over £12k in live tournaments. Having my biggest ever score of £8.7k in a live tournament.

I cannot reccomend Paul enough if you are looking to take your poker game to the next level. Even after 6 months of coaching I am so excited to keep working with Paul as there is so much more to learn from him.

Paul is a solid coach and VERY good value for what youÂ’re paying (hard to find quality coaching for this price). If youÂ’re interested in developing a stronger understanding of poker theory and solvers, he will definitely help. He quickly identifies leaks through a macro/database review, and even that first session alone will greatly improve your winrate. Definitely recommend if youÂ’re wanting coaching and not looking to break the bank.

Just had first session with Paul . Really easy to talk to. His coaching style is honest which is what I like and what it needs to be . Showed me what leaks I have what I never thought of checking and a small bit of solver stuff I’d be unfamiliar with areas of game I can massively improve . Paul and I had our first session a few nights ago (my first time ever being coached) and it went great. Over the course of 2hrs, Paul drilled down on some of my biggest leaks that he identified by auditing my PT4 database as well as checking my sharkscope. He gave me a sheet of notes with things to work on and suggested a coaching plan going forward. He also invited me to his discord where he's made himself available to go over hand histories in great great detail. I'm already feeling miles better about my play since our session. Money well spent, you can't go wrong!

Coaching with Paul was a good experience. I really like that he finds just a few of your bigger leaks, gives you examples of the mistakes you're making, tells you how to fix them and really gives you a roadmap for your improvement.
