was looking for any reviews or knowledge on which is better product out of

RIO from the ground up course

or

RYE online cash apprentice course

ive been thinking about going for one of these to help start me off learning

Would say FTGU. I have gone through it myself and it is solid for a new player.

I haven't seen or heard any reviews of the RYE apprentice course.

I would say you are better to buy and read The Grinder's Manual from Carroters than the course though. The course is based off the book, but the book is much longer and more comprehensive.
